He also discovered that during a previous service visit, Radiant had installed the condensation shutoff on the secondary drain line rather than the primary line, where it should have been installed. I really appreciated Jeremiah catching and explaining that issue. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of difficulties with our Samsung washer and dryer and have had to have both repaired, several times, over the past 4-5 years. A few months ago, Greentek repaired our dryer, and most recently, they came out to assess a persistent annoying problem we've had with our washer. Greentek advised us the cost to repair the washer was higher than what we wanted to pay. (The amount of the repair and the amount we put into repairing it in the past was going to exceed the cost of a new washer.) So, we declined to have Greentek repair the washer and decided to buy a new washer. (Not a Samsung!) Both experiences were positive and we have no complaints with Greentek. They are prompt, professional, offer reasonable prices and do everything as agreed. Call them.

I was told I would hear from the contractor within 24 hours. Late Friday evening, I received a text from the technician asking if a Saturday appointment window of 10:00 AM-1:00 PM would work, and I confirmed immediately. Saturday came and went with no arrival, no call, and no update. By 2:00 PM, I had attempted to contact the technician several times before finally receiving a response that he was still on another job. He ultimately arrived around 3:00 PM and completed the visit. I understand that delays happen, especially in the HVAC industry during busy seasons. My frustration wasn't that the technician was running behind--it was the lack of communication throughout the day. A quick text letting customers know you're running late can go a long way and helps people plan their day accordingly. The service itself ended up being fine, but the communication and customer experience could definitely use improvement. Hopefully this feedback helps future customers and encourages better communication when schedules change.

A-US showed up the next day, replaced a capacitor, and rolled out before testing anything. I called AHS because the unit still was not cooling after replacement. they sent them back out, the guy that showed up second seemed really helpful. he tried to add freon and the pressures wouldnt change. he went to the attic and found a massive leak in the unit. he told AHS I needed a new indoor and outdoor unit. a WEEK later, they were out to replace the unit. it didnt go well. the tech spent about 3 hours trying to get this fancy unit to connect to the fancy thermostat. glad they upsold me on junk. after that, he gave up, left a note that the thermostat needed replaced. fast forward to the next morning, new tech shows up, troubleshoots it to a bad thermostat, LEAVES TO GO GET A THERMOSTAT!!! 3 hours later, shows up, replaces it, it connects, AC starts working finally. the note said it was a bad thermostat and he wasted 5 hours because he didnt bring one with him. Also, my thermostat is still just hanging by the wires today, a week and a half later, because they didnt have a backplate. Now, less than a week later, it can't connect to the unit again, and my upstairs is over 90 degrees inside. called on Wednesday, they hoped to be out Thursday, but made an appointment Friday just in case. These guys have the nerve to send a text Thursday late (5:15pm) when they close at 5, telling me they have to cancel my appointment and move me to Monday. They absolutely suck. First would be dont get AHS, but if you do, try to have them use someone else for AC before A-US. this has been an awful awful awful experience. A-US doesnt deserve the 1.8 stars it has on yelp.

In August, 2026, with the temperatures in the 100s, my Carrier had a coolant leak that made the unit unusable. AAA sent out Sonny to evaluate the problem. Sonny deserves every cent they pay him for both expertise and customer service. On that Thursday we were told that it would be the following Tuesday before they could get a coil and crew together. While we were debating what to do, Sonny told us that the office people had found a crew and coil and that they could do the work the next day, Friday. Jason, the company owner, had apparently become involved and had also come up with a temporary fix for the AC that would allow us to stay overnight at our house with the AC working. The repair crew headed by Eliezer arrived right on time on Friday, and they were done by noon. Again, I was greatly impressed by the AAA team. Sometimes things work out. Sometimes the right vendor makes the extra effort to insure that things work out. I am sure that there are many good AC vendors around. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough and found that the insulation in our attic unit had come undone and was blocking the blower. The previous company lied to us and had not even opened the unit. Sonny glued the insulation back in and unclogged a clogged A/C drain line for a total of $450. Sonny stayed late to make sure that we didn't have to deal with another night without A/C. Our A/C has worked better than it has in years since. We HIGHLY recommend this company for their honesty and professionalism.
