Ken worked with us over three visits to make sure we ended up with the right solution. He first came out to provide the estimate, and after an initial option didn't quite meet our needs, he came back and installed an outdoor motion-sensor LED security light that works perfectly for what we wanted. The new light is impressively bright--even during the daytime while Ken was installing and testing it, we could immediately tell how much light it puts out! The motion sensor and light intensity work very well for our needs. What impressed us most was Ken's attention to detail. He added a box between the wall and the light so the wiring could fit properly and the installation would look clean and professional, and he did it at no additional charge. We really appreciated his patience and willingness to work with us until we were completely satisfied rather than just getting the job done and moving on. We're very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Ken and DalCon Electric.

Cupertino has a very rigorous inspection process with a 3rd party vendor. I initially failed the inspection, and then the city realized that they had overreached. It caused some confusion on Dalcon's end, and communication became spotty, but the job was basically finished so it was all ok.
