5+ stars. I had a great experience with Dmitry at Arsen Electric and would highly recommend him. He installed my Tesla charger and was extremely diligent throughout the entire process. What really stood out was that he didn't just complete the installation and move on -- he also scheduled an inspection afterward to make sure everything was properly done and up to code. Dmitry also helped me with other important electrical work in my new home, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful he was. His communication was excellent from start to finish, he explained things clearly, responded quickly, and made the whole process very easy. The quality of service was excellent, the pricing was fair, and I always felt confident that the work was being done properly and carefully. Dmitry combines strong technical knowledge, reliability, great communication, and fair pricing. I'll definitely be using Arsen Electric again for future electrical work and would highly recommend Dmitry to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician. read more

Dimitri and his team are super helpful and responsive I had him do a panel upgrade 2 years ago and needed help with some hardware while prepping my home for paint and he was able to send a tech out to me and resecure my ground wire back to the wall free of charge! Love working with Dmitry. Always prompt with his replies and was able to schedule me way earlier than I expected. He is always pleasant and thorough. Dmitry and his team installed our Tesla charger and they did a great job. Fair quote, clean work, and he is genuinely one of the most knowledgeable electricians I've talked to. He helped us optimize our existing circuit in a way I wasn't even expecting, way better setup than we thought we'd get. His team helped me with some Tesla app setups since this is my first ever experience with Tesla cars :) We're already lining up another (non-Tesla) electrical job for him because we liked our experience and his quotes are very competitive. I did my research before hiring him. Highly, highly recommend. Thanks Dmitry! read more

After 3 estimates I 'm glad I got Arsen's number from a friend 1 guy wanted to replace our fuse box at an exorbitant price before he can install any charger; 1 wanted to install the charger without coming to our place to check out the electrical system which dated from 1988; One wanted to install a sub panel also at a high cost away from the fuse panel; I contacted Arsen by phone and he came by same day ; his appointments are clearly communicated and punctual ; once over, he inspected the fuse box and wiring and proposed a sensible solution at a reasonable cost without adding unneeded hardware; his estimate was clear and concise detailing precise labor/parts down to cable/wiring needs ; Arsen came across as quite professional and knowledgeable ; after I received the Tesla charger, he and team came over and installed swiftly within 2 hours; he helped us replace some troubled breakers and move them around for a cleaner and safer setup; I finally am able to charge my EV after 3 years of free public charging; Arsen also recommended we upgrade the obsolete fuse panel for longevity and safety, something we will consider in the near future ; knowing Arsen we're sure we're in good hands when it comes to electricity works ; I cannot recommend Arsen enough, hope the search results pop them up to the very top as I didn't see them on my search the first time; most of his clients are through words of mouth so now you have my word , another happy customer read more

Dmitry and the team has done a terrific job on installing the Wall Charger in my house. During the free estimate, Dmitry already showed great patience and good engineering planning in tackling the specific conditions of electricity wiring in the house. In addition, his quote was also the most reasonable and detailed in labor and materials. On the service day, the team was very productive and professional, finishing the work in less than three hours. They came in with attention to details, and left nothing but a new charger in place. I was quite impressed and would like to recommend their work to anyone needs an electrician. read more

Dmitry installed 48A tesla charger, generator inlet (with interlock switch) and a extra 240V outlet. His quote is detailed with all the materials listed and prices very reasonable. The work was very clean and professional. All new circuits were labeled in the panel. I have tested the charger at 48A without any issues. I plan to use it at 32A or less most of the time, but I wanted the highest possible amps for future proofing. Generator inlet also worked great. He and his crew are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I was able to discuss everything and Dmitry educated me on what is safe and code compliant. He is going to be my go to guy for any future electrical needs. read more

Arsen Electric installed an EVCS in our garage and added a ground to an existing outlet for us. Dmitry came in with 2 additional employees, and they were prompt and reasonable. It was wonderful to also have a noisy light switch swapped out just before they left to help make our home even better. Thank you so much! We totally recommend Arsen Electric for your electrical needs, especially EVCS installs. Very fair price for our job, we had 3 other electricians submit quotes for this job. Last, but not least, they were clean and tidy, and didn't have any issues routing the 6 gauge conductors through our crawl space. read more

I hired ARSEN Electric to upgrade my current electrical service panel from 125 Amps to 200 Amps. Dimitry from ARSEN Electric came out to my house and gave me a free estimate. Some other companies I had contacted only looked at pictures and gave me estimates online or wanted to charge for their estimate. Dimitry took the time to talk over the job with me and what it would entail (e.g. grounding the system to the water main, adding a junction box beneath the panel to solve some wiring issues due to code having changed, changing pipes into the box, etc.). Dimitry was also very transparent on how he came up with his estimate which beat everyone else that I had gotten a quote from. ARSEN Electric was able to start the job quickly. As I was going on vacation and before I left, a technician came out with Dimitry to do the work that needed access to the garage and under the house. The remainder of the work was done while I was on vacation. Dimitry was very communicative and sent texts to keep me up to date on when work was being done, inspections scheduled, and when the job was complete and passed final inspection. I highly recommend ARSEN Electric due to their professionalism, clear communication, attention to detail in the work they perform, and reasonable pricing. I will be using them again for other electrical work I have planned. read more

We had Dmitry and his team install an EV charger at our place (Tesla universal charger). They told me that our 240V line wouldn't be able to do the full 48A (it's connected to a subpanel), but we've been able to get it charging our Tesla at a reduced amperage without any problems (Dmitry had mentioned we'd have to reduce it to 40A, but in reality we've had to go down to 30-35A). Dmitry came in with 2 other guys, and even helped clean up some of the electric wiring mess we had in our attic (left by a handyman)! Definitely recommend the Arsen team for any electric needs (especially EV charger installs)! Very competitive price for the job (we shopped around at least 3-4 other electricians) and extremely timely (they were in and out in about 4 hours). read more

Disclaimer , I don't get paid for this, and I don't do review or give recommendations lightly; however, I feel the team at Arsen Electric deserves an honest review and praise for the work they just completed at my rental. It's an older building in need of an electrical panel upgrade. I did my homework and get 5 quotes, all of them are licensed electricians, it was a tough decision but I ended up selecting Arsen Electric for the project. Dmitry is very easy to work with, he provided a detailed description of the tasks, cost and time of completion. Throughout the project, he always kept us abreast of the progress- be it dealing with city, inspectors or working with PGE to satisfy their requirements in order to get the project completed within the specified timeline. I am very pleased with the result and highly recommend Arsen Electric for the work quality and their work ethics. I will definitely use Arsen again to work on future electrical projects. read more

Waste of time. They came out to check my property to provide an estimate. After two days of not hearing anything, I texted requesting an eta on the estimate, they texted back with "I visited your house on Tuesday. The project is not working for me. Go ahead with other contractors, please. Thanks." I did go with another contractor. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they at least arrived on time for the inspection. read more

Dmitry installed all the wiring to install my Tesla charger and upgraded some old equipment to make the new voltage possible. He was punctual courteous and extremely professional. Dmitry and his team recently installed an EV charger for us. From the estimation to the actual work completion, everything was perfect! He arrived on time for the estimate, walked us through all the details about what it would take for the installation and put together a very detailed quote around the same. We have an older electric panel and so finding a breaker for it was difficult. Dmitry was able to find one that got our panel on the same day of the estimate and we got the charger installed in a span of 2 days end to end. Once the installation was done, his team made sure that everything was working as expected. Along with the charger install, there was also a small fix for one of our home plug outlets that had burnt down. The team also took care of that and fixed it quickly for us. Thanks a lot to Arsen electric, we had our EV charger install done pretty quick! :) Would definitely recommend Arsen electric! read more

Dmitry was very responsive and provided a competitive quote onsite to install an L2 EV charging NEMA 14-50 outlet in my detached garage and draw a line from my house through the crawl space and backyard. When I hired him, he came with his team the next day and completed the job as planned without any surprise. He kept good communication throughout the process and was receptive to questions and requests. I highly recommend him. read more

I had a great experience with Arsen Electric for installing the Tesla universal wall connector Ev charger at my home. I got their contact from the Tesla certified listing. Mr.Dmitry (owner) responded quickly and immediately came home for a site visit. He was very thorough during his site visit, reviewed the whole process with me in detail and also gave me a quote right away . He was very professional and courteous. The installation was done the very next day. Mr. Dmitry and his team arrived on time, had a brief sync with me and then completed the work in 4 hours. After the work was complete, they showed me the pictures of the inside electricals and did a quick test run to ensure everything was working. The workmanship was excellent. I needed to replace an outdated electric panel about a year ago and after contacting several electricians on yelp, I decided to hire Arsen Electric for the job. It's been a year now since they replaced my panel and so far everything has been working as expected with no issues whatsoever. From beginning to end, the whole project was as smooth as I had hoped. Dimitry and his team were a pleasure to work with. They're a friendly bunch, all professional with good work ethics. They respected my home, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards, and even patched up the drywall. Dimitri communicated well and was easy to talk to. He explained each step thoroughly and provided documentation for everything we discussed, including receipts for materials purchased. He always kept me updated via text/email notifications and would always arrive on schedule. Whether I got lucky or not, I was actually impressed how they managed to always pull up exactly at the scheduled time, not a minute sooner nor later, but right on the dot. Compared to quotes I received from the other vendors I talked to, their pricing felt very competitive. Infact, their total cost ended up being bout a third of one quote I got from another company. To sum up, I'm very happy that I deicided to go with Arsen Electric for my panel replacement. They have my recommendation and I would definitely contact them again for future projects. read more

Hired Arsen to install a 3rd generation tesla charger and very pleased with the work. Dmitry was able to quickly give me a quote over yelp, and was able to come within a few days. The work itself exceeded expectations. Based on pictures sent over yelp, the electricians I contacted all said we could only do a 50 amp install. However, when Arsen took a look in person, they were able to bump up to 60 amps, which means faster charging. Their craftsmanship is great. All wires are run under the house in the crawl space leaving nothing exposed outside of the house. All metal piping in the garage was checked with a water level. They installed 70 feet of wiring and added a new breaker in 3 hours. Would do business again! read more

Dmitry provided unbelievably quick, competent, thorough installation of our 50A EV circuit from the panel in the back to the front of the house. The team of 3 electricians showed up, went under the house, ran the wires, exited the crawl space with a clean conduit run on the side of the garage to the target area just inside the front gate. The estimate was descriptive, detailed, thorough and all pricing was transparent and itemized. The panel was full and multiple breakers had to be thinned out and combined and everything was done quickly with very minimal downtime. read more
