Lavish provides everything you could imagine you might want in designing and putting in home audio/…read morevideo and internet. I could not imagine our experience being better! To begin, Joe and Brad listened carefully, made a site visit to our new apartment, learned what could/couldn't be done (e.g., no in-wall speakers), and gave us an amazing number of options for a TV/streaming set-up which has worked out fantastically (we selected a Picture TV). They introduced us to YouTube TV and also got the new place on Sonos, and internet--working collaboratively with the Sonic installer. Prices for hardware were 'internet' prices; and labor, reasonable. Brad took the lead, returning my many phone calls quickly, and adjusting to the rather significant delays we experienced in moving in. His crew--Nick, Matt and Dean had real team work dividing up software, hardware and wiring tasks. Additionally, they coordinated with Loren (Plum Electric)--to make sure he go understood the wiring needs, and showed up at the right time to work in tandem with them. Our last two similar systems in SF were installed by Magnolia. Don't even go there! Lavish all the way!

Shortly after the install the TV dropped down, something broke on mount. Mike and his team came back out, took it down, shipped it to the company so they could fix it (it was a manufacturing defect) and reinstalled it when it arrived fixed. They were professional, quick to respond to any and all questions we have, and they are friendly! We have been enjoying our outside TV in our pavilion. They are our first call for any internet upgrades, sound, TV -- all of it!

I did a complete remodel on my house and decided to have a basic entertainment system put in. I…read morehad four televisions put in, and the main TV in the living room had a Sonos sound bar, a subwoofer and two speakers in the back wall. It sounds awesome! I also wanted to be able to stream music, podcasts and other content from my phone to any room where I had ceiling speakers installed, to a combination of speakers or all of them at once. This would allow me to start listening to a podcast in the shower and continue listening to it over the Sonos speakers as I made my way thought the house. Throughout the entire project Sonos was very professional and they went above and beyond during every phase. During the final installation (which took almost three days) they answered every question I had, made multiple height adjustments to the living room TV and explained the Sonos app and how to broadcast to all the Sonos speakers in the house. They also explained and demonstrated the Alexa dot device and showed my how to configure my music app for Alexa. My remodel was probably a small to medium size project for Sync Systems (I'm sure there are mansions in Sonoma and Napa that have in-home movie theatres for 20 people!) but they treated it like one of their biggest and most complex jobs. Every detail was perfect. The office team was great too, with efficient billing as the project progressed and easy online payment through QuickBooks. Would highly recommend Mike and his team at Sync Systems.

Robert has been calibrating my various display devices since the 1980's. He's calibrated every…read morekind of set I've owned for four decades. I've had sets from Pioneer, Sony, Samsung, Toshiba and now LG. I was one of his earliest clients and I've recommended him over these many years. I was originally about to purchase a Sony Master Z series 8k 75" set, but he strongly steered me toward an LG OLED - new G2 in 75". What a difference his advice made! Robert is considered by LG (and other companies as well) as being a Master Class Imaging Science Foundation (ISF) calibrator of display devices. He is also now working with Dolby Labs and they highly value his skill-set in their own development. Most people naively think calibrating a TV is merely adjusting the contrast, brightness, color, detail, etc. buttons on the remote LOL! Have I got news for you! That is NOT calibration no matter how good you "think" you are at setting those knobs. Calibration requires extremely expensive equipment that Robert brings to your home. A full calibration can take up to eight (8) hours, but when he's done you are going to be left with your mouth open in awe of what that set of yours is capable of showing! My calibration of the LG-G2 was completed yesterday. He started at 9am and finished just before 6pm. I invited a friend over to watch the long process and he was shocked at what's involved and he now wants the same done for him eventually. Robert loves to explain every single step of WHAT he's doing and WHY he's doing it. Watching him is like watching a micro-surgeon delicately tweak settings you don't have access to as an owner. Robert's professional skill-set does not come cheap, but if you've already spent several thousand on a good set, you would be foolish NOT to spend the extra to truly make it right. What you see on display at Best Buy, Costco or other shops, is just the BEGINNING of what a fully professionally calibrated set can ultimately look like. Robert has calibrated sets for many of the rich and famous Hollywood crowd and they know what the director intended for you to see on your screen. They want and accept nothing but the best . . . so why shouldn't you for all the money you already spent to get that display device?
