Modifications were made to our pantry & Patrick trimmed the cabinets to make it look like the pantry was built into the wall. The finished product is simply amazing! We have received so many compliments from neighbors & family on how beautiful our kitchen is. Thank you Patrick & Mickey in helping our dreams come true! You both are absolutely the BEST!! After searching for someone that would fix what we had and was not trying to sell us new cabinets, cabinet fronts, or painting etc., we found Furniture Medics in Maplewood, MO. When we called the office, Dinorah, handled and addressed our concerns. She was professional, kind and efficient. She forwarded an estimate via email. The technician they sent to our home was Tyler. He was professional, extremely caring, neat and clean and did an outstanding job. They revived and repaired our existing cabinets. He actually took two cabinet doors back to his shop for total refinishing due to the extensive damage from the previous owner's animals. He brought them back today and they blended in beautifully. We are extremely pleased and would recommend this company to take care of all your wood furniture refinishing/repairs needs. https://www.facebook.com/FurnitureMedicCorporate

After using one of the "Big Box" stores for countertop installation, resulting in a…read moremeasured-too-narrow countertop, and broken cabinet doors, I was apprehensive and leery of all companies when I shopped around for a replacement countertop. Affordable was WONDERFUL! The resulting countertop looks great, and everyone involved, from showroom to installation, was professional and friendly. Unlike many of the other companies I visited, Affordable is far from pretentious. At no time did I feel I was being judged or pressured into any material-type or design. The installers arrived on time, answered any questions, and finished earlier than I'd expected. I didn't entirely realize how messed-up the "Big Box" installation was until the Affordable one was installed. I'd almost felt I was being too judgmental until I heard the Affordable guys remarking to each other about the how parts of the prior installation were odd, and to look out for questionable materials and installation techniques. Friends and family have commented on how good the kitchen looks now. Even though their showroom is over 30 miles from my home, it was worth the drive. In fact, since Affordable also does bathrooms, I will most assuredly be contacting them again in a few monthes for that project. After my prevous contractor retired, and then living with the disastrous results left by the Big Box people, it is so, SO very reassuring to know I have found in Affordable a company that I can trust, and will always recommend.

Rachael was fantastic with helping us design our kitchen update and it was quick not 2-3 weeks out like other places. The cabinetry offered is top notch. The installer Steve is excellent and treated my home like his own. Steve takes pride in his work and ensures everything is perfect. The cabinetry is super level and all the craftsmanship to install the trim work was impressive. You cannot go wrong working with Sieglers. Best ever; and they are a full service shop that can do it top to bottom. I have redone 3 kitchens now so I have a pretty good idea of what's good or not. Kudos Rachael, Mike and Steve as well as others that worked in my home

We received quotes from a dozen contractors and none of them could stick to our budget. Rick provided some solutions that would help us stay under budget and still have a really nice space. It is now the BEST space in the house. We will be calling on Rick again for our next renovation. We had a one-year-old at the time of renovation and it was in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Rick and his team were incredible with checking on us and letting us know in advance how our day might be disrupted by the work. They were considerate of sound levels when he was napping and so courteous of our home life, which we were still adjusting to ourselves. This showed us a lot about the character of Premier 1 Properties. They care about the quality of their work, but they also care about their customers and their experiences during renovations.

They took a lunch break and left each day by 3pm! One day, I saw that they were using my extension cord that they'd taken from my garage without asking! Umm bring your own equipment please or at least ask to borrow. Only one of them could speak broken English. They were scared of my dog so I HAD to be home while they were working. It was ridiculous. Their drywall skills were pathetic and tape and muddying looked like my preschool kids did it. When I would show Rick their shoddy work he would had them correct it but it was over and over and over. Their paint work was poor. Parts of the floor tile had to be removed and replaced. We found The ductwork was left unhooked up and ceiling tiles right over unfinished ductwork. I would not recommend and I will never use again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they hire non English speaking men who do do not know how to do interior construction work. Egress window leaked too

The first time out they were phenomenal. They checked ALL my drains and cleared the issue for us so quick. Their prices are fair for the area. We had a cap stuck in the drain, but we hadn't had issues with it draining yet, so we left it at the time. We asked him to do a rough estimate for pricing to get it out just in case, and on his way he went. Turns out, when he was snaking the drains, he had actually wedged the cap further down to which it blocked the sewer line from the toilet and shower, and created a seal. This was our fault since we didn't mention it to him though. We tried a few times to get it out with an electric snake, but couldn't, so called these guys to come formally quote and cut the pipe for us. Then, ghosted. Called, emailed. Never heard back. I'm not sure if they just didn't want to deal with the cast iron (fair), but it would have been nice to have some communication. We unfortunately won't be calling them again. They're probably awesome for quick and easy house calls, but I don't think more in depth issues are worth their time. At least, that's what it feels like.
