As a result, the insulation crew and I had to finish the remaining work ourselves before the insulation removal could even begin. After 2 days the blemishes were still as visible as they ever were and paint was dripped on baseboards, wallpaper and slopped onto adjoining room walls. Monkeys would have done a better job. The owner acknowledged the issues and fixed them himself. Howver, it seemed like he would fix one issue with the walls and then create another. Firstly, the painting technician, Tim, was prompt in his arrival, professional in his work, and very pleasant in our interactions.
