Callier Thompson had renovated one of our 2nd floor bathrooms almost a decade earlier. I was more than surprised to hear they would send a foreman out to investigate the source of the leak. Matthew arrived to discover that after years of use a small area in the grout had deteriorated to allow water through. He cane several times to repair the grout, removed and replaced the damaged area of the ceiling re-sanded and repainted.....all done free for us! You don't find that kind of support often these days. The second project comprised of a two-story addition with completely remodeled and expanded kitchen and half bath on the first floor, and a new primary suite luxury bath, walk-in closet, laundry closet, and covered porch on the second floor.
