Both experiences were delightful, stress free (who would associate stress-free when you buy a car?) and quick. No hassle car buying - that should be his business's title. He helped us narrow down the list of cars we were looking at and make a decision that worked for us. He also scheduled all the test drives, negotiated the prices, and pointed us to a specific person at the dealership, a complete VIP experience. He did the same for our friends just this week, they bought a great car in a great condition, he negotiated the price down and steered them away from less desirable options. My friend was nervous (just like I was before ) because the process of buying a car is stressful. But after they got into the dealership and the car was waiting for them, they test drove and bought the car. My friend said: who would have thought that I can enjoy buying a car! Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail are unmatched. On top of that, she is incredibly friendly and has the perfect non-pressure approach, which made me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. I searched other dealerships and found no price worthy or the vehicle of my dreams available. Until, I looked on line at Stevens Creek Lexus dealership . I found my vehicle to be in 2 week ETA. As soon as my on line chat ended Rudy Sun called me to see what my interest was. He is so knowledgeable on every aspect of the vehicle. Rudy personality is extraordinary as he is just the most super nice gentleman. He kept in touch with my and offered me to come in and do a test driver on a similar vehicle that was due to arrive. I can tell you the test drive sold me on the spot. A Lexus ES 350 is so smooth on the driving. I was just in heaven. I immediately put my deposit down towards my vehicle to make sure i get his one when it arrives. Rudy made me feel so important as a customer. I felt he was on my side taking care of me. We came in specifically to see the Mazda CX-50. From the moment Justin greeted us, he was incredibly helpful. As the conversation progressed, it felt less like a sales pitch and more like a friend helping us make the right decision. There was zero "hard sell" pressure, which we really appreciated. I…read morebrought my 2015 Mazda3 in for the Mazda Connect Class Action Settlement because my display keeps freezing and the touchscreen is totally unresponsive. They confirmed the screen is dead, but then played word games to avoid fixing it. They claimed it's a "lens cover" issue--not a "display" issue--whatever that means. Just so they wouldn't have to honor the settlement. To make it even more ridiculous, they tried to sell me a CarPlay upgrade while standing right in front of a screen they knew didn't work. I texted the Service Manager, Neff Castro, to ask for my diagnostic notes and a real explanation. He's been completely unresponsive. But the part that really pisses me off? I'm still getting automated "special offer" spam from that same phone number. They can't be bothered to reply to my complaint, but they'll keep blowing up my phone for more money. Honestly, just save yourself the headache and go to Oak Tree Mazda instead. I'd rather drive further and not deal with crooks.

I came in with my girlfriend, and she was extremely unhappy with the way he was treating us. He was on his computer and phone, not making eye contact at all with us while he was talking to us about our deal. He continued to dismiss what we were trying to come to an agreement on because my girlfriend is a teacher, and he kept disregarding the fact that she needed a payment at a certain number and he continued to make careless/dirty looking faces. The reason why I'm giving FIVE stars is due to the fact that Mundo, Di, and MAINLY HANY! When I first called in, Mundo provided the most exceptional service I've ever had at the dealership. He made me feel comfortable and confident that he was willing to help me and win back my business since we previously shopped here before. As soon as I came in, Diana stepped in and helped us. Di the GSM ended up working with my girlfriend and I helping her close the deal at a price that she could afford! Now Hany, he made us feel like family and like we've known him for many years! He treated us amazing from the start and built a relationship with him throughout the night with his extremely exceptional service! He went above and beyond with his service and I could've not had anybody better to help me! I'm truly grateful that I have met Hany! In person, the salesman my mother and I encountered was cold, uninformed, and unreasonable. He definitely seemed to judge us as unserious and amateur buyers, for whatever reason, which strongly disincentivized our return. I mean, there was no way I wanted to give a sale to someone who couldn't be generously welcoming as we strived to learn more about what Honda had to offer. Online, it took me forever to get a price quote for my desired vehicle. This, in addition to my in-person experience, felt like clear signs that further irritation/poor treatment awaited me if I became a Honda owner in the future.

Seems easy, right?! Nope. After countless emails, txt messages, and phone calls from the dealership, I finally received a clear response to my request. Of course, this still required multiple txt messages & a call. In between, I continued to receive multiple calls & txt messages from other people at the dealership. Fortunately, my iPhone blocks all unknown calls/txts. Over 18 hours later, I received a response from Chris at with the exact monthly payment amount. It was 412 pm. I was exhausted, but still needed to contact my insurance company to make sure the cost + car payment would fall within my budget. I'm really bad at math, but my calculations are much quicker than the sales manager. Now, it's past 5 pm on a Friday. Shout out to Jessica Connelly's Farmers Insurance agent!! She stayed late to verify full coverage payment amount for the vehicle I wanted to buy. It only took her 30 minutes!! That includes sending her the details of the car. Now, I have cold feet. Do I want to go over an hour away to buy a car from a dealership that has difficulty with calculations & has aggressive customer service? 4 stars because Chris is an excellent communicator.

Upon arrival, it was easy. The entrance signage was perfect and user friendly. I was helped by Michael who informed us that my car should be completed by the end of the day. Checking in was easy and he arranged for me to have a complimentary Lyft ride back home. He sent us a text message and it stated to use the text if we have any questions. Unfortunately, there was a communication breakdown. No one called me back on Saturday to tell me the status of my car or that they will be keeping my car overnight. We called and left a message, but no one ever called us back. Sunday, we called and we spoke to Jenny. She apologized for Michael, he had the day off Sunday, she set us up with a loaner car. They kept my car overnight again. Monday, we received an inspection video of my car, that was cool, but it was difficult to hear and understand the mechanic as he did the walk through. Later, Jenny contacted me and informed me that my car was ready for pick up. I wish we had a better experience.
