He explained everything and was done quickly. My reason for 3 stars is because on the phone they quoted me $89 to clean the entire couch. The technician then said it would be $250... He took off $60 so the total was $190 but that's more then double the original quote. I paid it begrudgingly because it needed to be done, but the stains were not major so the experience was marred.
