I listened to their recommendations and had them perform the services they suggested and WOW what a difference in temperature!! All of the employees we have met or spoke with are very kind and helpful. They offer discounts on services, if you are subscribed to their yearly heater and AC checks and it has paid for itself already. Moving and adjusting to a new home can be stressful, but now my AC and heater function are not one of them. I know they will keep my equipment running and safe for years to come. We will continue to use this company for all of our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommended.

Short review: AC at…read moremy aunt's house in Houston crapped out on the hottest day so far of the year 104. Got 6 different quotes and Action AC came out and installed a new condenser unit outside and new evaporator inside, in 3 hours. Didn't charge until AFTER THE JOB on a handshake AND came in literally $1500 LESS than the other 5 quotes. Lesson: Texas businesses will WORK for your business. Longer review: Galen answered the call and was able to quote me on the phone for a couple of new coils and a 3T outdoor condenser but wanted to make sure so he's going to send someone to come out and get us a free estimate. He was the last one that came out and quoted us and I couldn't believe how low his quote was! Almost $1500 less for the exact same equipment, warranty and time frame as the others. He didn't do the extra stuff that wasn't needed like replacing the vent lines or adding dampeners, etc, but again, it wasn't needed. We needed air at an affordable cost. He came early and went thru and quoted us for a new evaporator and condenser. He's definitely old school so I was a little afraid when he spke about a handshake deal over the phone. He did also give it to us in writing as well when he came out so that made me feel better. I checked their ratings on FB, Yelp, and also their state license, since the other companies couldn't match the price, and all came out stellar. I also contacted some of his Facebook clients and they stood by their awesome reviews. He gave us some tips for self care to maintain and extend the longevity of our new AC. He definitely answered every call or text I made and his team manager Rocky was prompt and fast. I will definitely be recommending him and his company.

We bought a very nice 2 stage cooling system and feel the difference immediately. What sets ultimate comfort apart though in my opinion, is the crew. Stephen and his men were very considerate, professional and courteous. Many times you feel uncomfortable having strangers in your home, but these men were very friendly and informative. One man happened to be outside when the garbage truck came by and he pushed our trash can closer to the truck to line it up better- very considerate! Above and beyond in my book! I really appreciated how Steven walked us around to see the outdoor unit, then the attic, explained the thermostat and answered all our questions thoroughly. We will be calling them for anything ac related in the future. Thank you gentlemen!

On two recommendations, we called Easy Flow and presented them with the assessment. We got expert advice from Yair, who made a thorough inspection of the system. It's winter, but I have no doubt it also will work well in summer. Easy Flow also coordinated with Mundae Restoration, so we got the entire job scheduled and completed in 2.5 days. I appreciate the expertise and no-nonsense approach. Yair game us choices and never tried to up-sell.

If you're having issues with your HVAC unit or if you're wanting to do a preventive service on your…read moresystem, do yourself a favor and call Randy over at Redmon Heating & Air Services. I was recommended Redmon Heating & Air Services by a neighbor of mine who happens to be a general contractor. He told me they were honest and provided high-quality work. The level of communication and the expectation that is set is great. You're kept up to date and if there's any changes or delays with your appointment, you're notified with an updated ETA. I had Randy come out last year to inspect an issue that I had with my AC unit. He inspected it and recommended a repair along with unclogging my primary drain line. What I appreciate about Randy is that if it can be repaired, he will repair it. He will not force you to buy a new unit or system like many other companies. My AC unit and furnace was on the older side, but he repaired it successfully and saved me money when I needed it. Fast-forward to over a year later, my furnace was having issues and not staying lit. I gave Randy a call and he was able to come out the same day to look at it. Randy inspected it, tested it with a new part he brought with him, and it still was not staying lit. He told me it was likely the circuit board that was failing given the age of the furnace and other factors. Factoring in the cost for a new circuit board and the age of my furnace, he told me it would be best to replace it. He was able to give me different options and explained each of them in detail. He answered all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed or pressured into anything. After offering me a deal I couldn't refuse, we finally came to an agreement on replacing the furnace and AC unit together so that it would be matching. Randy went above and beyond and got the units hot shotted over so that it could be replaced the next day as there was cold weather in the forecast and he didn't want me freezing. Fernando, Randy's right-hand man, showed-up right on time with his team and got to work with replacing everything. Fernando, Martin, and the rest of the gentlemen kept me informed with the whole process. They also offered to have me come up in the attic to see the replacements and if they were to my satisfaction. These guys worked hard and were able to get my brand new furnace and AC unit up and running within just a few hours. They provided me with all of my paperwork for the units and answered any questions that I had. Fernando also went above and beyond by going to the hardware store and purchasing a new return air filter grille and new filters for the new system. I didn't even mention this to him but he wanted to surprise us. He told me that he noticed my grille was older and that he could get filters that would fit my air return vent since it's an odd size. It's the small things like this that provide a great experience and set apart the best from the rest. I could tell by talking to Fernando that he takes his work seriously and enjoys what he does. Randy called me when the work was finished to ensure I was satisfied and asked me if I had any questions for him. This was a 5-star experience all around. Thank you Randy, Fernando, Martin, and everyone else who came out. I'll continue to use Redmon Heating & Air Services in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing HVAC service.
