There was nothing there and I even sent it back to the manager which they said they would reinstate my service. Yet garbage day came and went. They did not pick up my garbage now. I still have all this garbage in my garbage can even though they said they would pick it up. It's funny that they can tell you whatever you wanna hear and there's nothing you can do about it. I think somebody needs to be held accountable for their mistakes, but yet the customer is the one being punished.

I canceled trash and recycling service with Loren's Sanitation / North Marion Recycling & Disposal…read morein December 2025 after moving out in mid-November 2025. During the cancellation call I also informed them that the property owner would be taking service back over and would need the cart size reduced to the smaller size he had previously used. The company promptly provided the property owner with the smaller trash cart and a new recycle bin. However, they did not collect the larger carts from the prior service until March 2026, and only after the property owner called a second time to request removal. Despite the confirmed cancellation, billing continued for multiple months after I moved out. I was not aware of the ongoing charges until a bill arrived at my new address. The total overcharged amount for the post-cancellation period was approximately four billing cycles. During this same period the company was also receiving payment from the property owner for service at the location. I began calling in August/September 2026 once I discovered the charges. On multiple calls I had to re-explain the cancellation, the move, and the overcharges. On September 8, 2026, representative Liz stated that the full amount of the four payments would be refunded either by check or back to the card on file. Follow-up calls confirmed the full refund was still being processed by the finance department. Instead, a check arrived on September 16, 2026, for only one billing cycle. When I called about the partial refund, the same representative stated that company leadership had decided they could not issue the full refund because the amount was too high. I requested to speak with manager Michelle on multiple occasions. Each time I was told she was unavailable but would call me back. Those promised callbacks never occurred, including after my last call on October 16, 2026, when I was told she would call the following day. As of the date of this review, the remaining balance of $326.80 has not been refunded, nor have I been contacted. I also contacted the Chamber of Commerce seeking assistance with this unresolved overcharge. After providing the company name, I was informed that I have not been the only one with complaints about this company. I completed the steps required to cancel service and have documentation of the cancellation communication and the subsequent charges. I am requesting a full refund of the remaining post-cancellation payments in the amount of $326.80. I have made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve this directly with the company without success.

American Ssni-can said that they could not find my home and could not get in touch with anyone, so they never came by leaving me without a toilet. I had to drive to the store to use the bathroom. They said they couldn't come back out until the next day!!! I know they never called me for directions and knowing i don't have a toilet never bothered to come out to provide one until the following day after 10:00 a.m. This is the WORST service I've ever dealt with.
