I find this place is very unique but very odd in some of its practices with recycling but all I can say is it gets the job done very well. Been coming here so many times over the years to get rid of some of my extra yard clippings / branches or even some recycling items for some extra cash in my pocket. They seem by far the most reasonable and low cost on dumping my loads and give out some real good cash for my recyclables like paper or cardboard. I'm going to say this is one of the best and most oriented type recycling places in town which is by far easy to say because they will work with you to help with your heavier items if in need. The employees seem very friendly and always eager to help you which is a plus overall in the customer service area. I would say, You can't go wrong coming here and this facility deserve 5-stars overall because of their duty of keeping the streets clean and help keep back yards looking like better. P.S. Need to give that Hot Rod a break and pay him a little more $$$ for his good work towards your business!!! Share a little, give a little more. :)

Our second trip, we dropped the bags and I got online to register, assuming that's where we could check the account balance. I realized later that my online account was not connected to my card, so we went inside to ask questions. The person at the desk helped, then was assisted by a blonde woman (the manager?) who offered to walk me through the process, literally. I asked her name, but regretfully forgot it. She was more than helpful and explained the options for using funds at kiosks located at partner stores, and told us not to hesitate to ask for help anytime we were there. The floors were sticky and it was smelly inside, so I certainly commend those who choose to work here. I wish the parking weren't so chaotic, but its located in a strip mall with a large lot and close to home, so I'll be back.

Then there is the loading of the bags, and no matter what you say or how "helpful" you try and be, end the it still doesn't matter, because just wanna do their way or what more convenient for them and not the long run. If BottleDrop could explain that when loading bag you put it the side not the middle because it creates more space and prevents the system from filling up faster! Which makes going to the Lancaster drop off a hassle and you consistently have deal with people who just chuve it in, then it create more work for you, holds up the line and makes people act rude and impatient!! So, anyone reading this review your card is both a key and accesses your account it proves you are member, but if someone has bag with tag they are a member too, so be kind and just leave the door open. Also, if you are going to load your green or blue bags do yourself and everyone a favor and just load it to the side and the not middle you'll have less problems if you do!!

The hatch was locked, so rather than require a full car detail, I headed to the South side and hit a wall yet again. Why post a sign with holiday hours if the door is locked? Had I not spent my paycheck on presents, I would've considered leaving them for someone else to cash in, but 3rd times a charm! I may have had to shove them in, but I was no longer running around with green bags in my car like a little elf! Sometimes I think the people running this place pour all the leftovers into a tank and sip on it throughout the day. They're certainly not into improving the process or making it easy to recycle! This guy is not only good at what he does, but he provides excellent service on top of it. I had a property that needed immediate help in clearing items out. Since I don't live in the area, time is of the essence for me when trying to get things done. I had looked up Junk Busters on Yelp and they were my first phone call. Within 15 minutes, Lucas called me back to get an assessment of the situation. After texting and emailing some initial photos, he was able to give me an immediate quote. It wasn't the cheapest quote but certainly not the most expensive either. The other services who charged less, also told me it would take them longer (several days) to do the job that he noted he could do in a day. For a per hour job, it was $45 + $15 day for gas. Dump fees would be paid by me but the hourly rate included his truck, tools, and his labor, all of which is accompanied by an 8 hour minimum. What's more impressive is that he was in the middle of a haul when he was consulting with me; talk about multi-tasking. He came over the next day and like a New Yorker, he kept it super real with me. He gave me advice on getting rid of certain items and was extremely kind throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to hit up Lucas again to clear out a place and would recommend his services to anyone.

We moved into the house a year ago and had pretty much done nothing to maintain the landscaping that had been done prior to the sale, so you can imagine the state it was in. We were pretty overwhelmed by it all so reached out to Junk Busters because of their amazing reviews. Lucas offered to come the next day and give us a free estimate, walking through everything we'd want done and giving us a very fair price estimate right away. It took us a few weeks to sort out the right time to do it but Lucas was always willing to answer any questions that came up (like: "how much would it be if we did this and didn't do this" type questions all of us non-millionaires end up having). Long story short, we hired him and we are SO glad we did! He communicated professionally and clearly, always arrived on time, and his work was phenomenal - thorough and with obvious attention to detail. We love our home and we could see he knew and respected that, treating our property like he would his own. In the end, Junk Busters helped us with: weeding, landscaping front and back yards, laying bark/land leveling, junk hauling, and ultimately restoring our sanity. We highly recommend Junk Busters! They have rave reviews for a reason!
