I agreed and the pump he chose has more pressure with less water usage! A WIN-WIN if there ever was one! I dropped it off Thursday afternoon and picked it up Monday morning! That's customer service!

My bubble burst however when I had to visit Corvallis Power Equipment a couple of times over the last couple of weeks. While I am an old customer and felt their service has been good and the premises clean, each time I visited now that the mask ordinance is in effect, no one was wearing a mask, including the manager or staff. On top of that, no plexiglass on the counter. To pay for items one has to be within two feet of the salesperson. I hate how this has become a political statement. So my statement in return is this: if you can't follow the mandate, if you feel so privileged and put out that caring more for yourself than others around you forms your ideals, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Let's not mention how sometimes they just forget to collect our trash and have broken the trash cans by being so reckless with the speed they work at. They don't pick up a phone to tell you when your account is off. They just expect you to know what they're thinking like some person on a bad date.

I find this place is very unique but very odd in some of its practices with recycling but all I can say is it gets the job done very well. Been coming here so many times over the years to get rid of some of my extra yard clippings / branches or even some recycling items for some extra cash in my pocket. They seem by far the most reasonable and low cost on dumping my loads and give out some real good cash for my recyclables like paper or cardboard. I'm going to say this is one of the best and most oriented type recycling places in town which is by far easy to say because they will work with you to help with your heavier items if in need. The employees seem very friendly and always eager to help you which is a plus overall in the customer service area. I would say, You can't go wrong coming here and this facility deserve 5-stars overall because of their duty of keeping the streets clean and help keep back yards looking like better. P.S. Need to give that Hot Rod a break and pay him a little more $$$ for his good work towards your business!!! Share a little, give a little more. :)

It's also helpful to bring cash to avoid the credit card fee (that ate my Veterans discount). Maybe you'll be able to find just the thing you didn't know you needed!
