Josh's team has been amazing , working solidly for the last three days to cut through the concrete foundation in order to dig the trench for the drain line. All along the way they've hit solid rocks which they have had to bust up with a jackhammer. Not once in three days have we heard a single complaint or swearword from the team. We have been lied to and almost swindled by other companies, so glad we called Oregon Sewer and Drain for a 2nd opinion in Cottage Grove, the others were telling us we had to evacuate the building and it would take weeks and cost well over 50K, Oregon Sewer and Drain came all the way from Silverton for us and had the issue repaired in a couple hours and could not find the river of sewage under our complex the other company said was there. We had one of our complexes without water due to a small water company being down and needing repairs, Josh recommended a company in SIlverton, the water company was grateful for a new company to call, they were up and running quicker than any other company could have arrived to inspect. Thanks to Josh our complex had running water within 12 hours of our phone call to him.

The technician that did the work said it would be around 8,500 dollars but the office would email me a more accurate estimate. I received the estimate and it was nearly 13,000 dollars. At that point I called the septic company I had used for years, they agreed all of the work needed to be done, they pulled the permits and did all of the work for 7,200. Also the original quote to just pump the tank out was 700-1200 depending on the tank size, my bill was 1900, when I complained, they dropped it down to the $1200

Lone Pine Corner Septics is a family-owned business, so I ended up talking to real people. I was given a choice of pumps which would work, and reasons to purchase each of the options. Costs were discussed up front. After working around their schedule and mine, I got two knowledgeable people out today. They replaced the existing pump with a new one and also replaced the float. They cleaned up very nicely after their work. Parts are increasingly expensive and there's not much to be done to remedy this in this time of supply chain woes. Their labor costs were very reasonable. I recommend this business.
