I have a small storm drain line that serves my gutter system and a floor drain on the back patio under my deck. Over time it fills with the sand that slowly wears away from my roofing shingles along with any other bits of moss or debris that winds up getting flushed down my downspouts. I had this same company out 4 years ago when I first bought the house to flush it all out with a hydro jet. They did a great job and the price was very, very reasonable. Unfortunately, this past week's storms let me know that it was again clogged to the point of being unable to keep my patio from flooding during really heavy rains. I called them up again and was really pleased that they could get to me in a couple of days (it wasn't an emergency and they may have been able to get to me quicker if it were, but I didn't ask). I was even more pleased that the same gentleman who came out the first time was still with the company and would likely be the one to come this time as well. And he was. Loel was an absolute gem. He showed up on time (few minutes early...). He did an incredibly thorough job. Both times. This job was hourly and he didn't dally but got right to it. He was obviously highly skilled and efficient with years of experience and was a heck of a nice guy to boot. If I recall correctly, I think I had another of one of their guys out to clear a tub drain with a traditional auger snake after we bought this house as well and that also was a pleasant and reasonably priced experience Anyway... I can highly recommend these folks based on multiple interactions over several years. I hope your experience with them goes just as well.

The job was intense to say the least as our home sits directly on top of rock. Josh's team has been amazing , working solidly for the last three days to cut through the concrete foundation in order to dig the trench for the drain line. All along the way they've hit solid rocks which they have had to bust up with a jackhammer. Not once in three days have we heard a single complaint or swearword from the team. We have been lied to and almost swindled by other companies, so glad we called Oregon Sewer and Drain for a 2nd opinion in Cottage Grove, the others were telling us we had to evacuate the building and it would take weeks and cost well over 50K, Oregon Sewer and Drain came all the way from Silverton for us and had the issue repaired in a couple hours and could not find the river of sewage under our complex the other company said was there. We had one of our complexes without water due to a small water company being down and needing repairs, Josh recommended a company in SIlverton, the water company was grateful for a new company to call, they were up and running quicker than any other company could have arrived to inspect. Thanks to Josh our complex had running water within 12 hours of our phone call to him.

I reached out for a quote using their online form for my son's graduation party. I received a response very quickly and began communicating with them through email. Once I confirmed my date and address, I received the price and heard nothing back from them. The day before my event, I reached back out through email to confirm the delivery time, and they asked if I was paying cash to the driver or by credit card over the phone. I responded that I would pay with a credit card and then heard nothing else. I assumed that I could pay the driver with the credit card or give the info over the phone upon delivery. The next day, delivery day, I heard nothing. Not one phone call, email, text, or anything. By 1 pm, I began to call and call and call....no answer. I finally got someone to call me back, and I asked when I could expect delivery, but our conversation was cut off due to phone reception. I continued to call back with no answer. I finally got someone to pick up right before their closing hours, and she told me the truck delivering to my area had already returned and that my order was not on the list. I was devastated! I had multiple emails of evidence confirming my portable restroom order weeks prior. She acknowledged the emails, but said that because I chose payment with a credit card and hadn't paid yet, they couldn't schedule the delivery. So the whole time I could have said I would pay with cash to the driver, and everything would have been fine?! There was no communication about the payment difference and how it would impact my order. NONE whatsoever. The woman I was speaking to claimed there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said there were only three in the office. I am not sure how that is an excuse for terrible customer service and a lack of communication with customers. Had I known those payment details, I would have paid early, but I received no invoice or email indicating when the payment was due. Luckily, they were able to set up a Saturday delivery, the morning of my event, which I appreciated. However, I had to pay $50 more for that. She refused to give me any discount, even though the error was on their part. I received no callback to make things right, no apology, and no care in how my order was handled at all. Just keep in mind, they offer great prices, but it's not worth it. I paid the same price in the end and could have saved time and stress the day before and day of my event. This was the last thing I should have been worried about. I also received a restroom with no working sanitizer dispenser. Good customer service and communication are clearly not important to this business.
