They didn't charge for the service call and had an estimator, Omar, out here the same day. He laid out all the options and we chose our new HVAC. They scheduled our install for the following week, which is unheard of in this post-pandemic world. Randolph and Bryan showed up on time and were quick in their work. They completed the install and clean up by early afternoon and took measurements for a new custom door to cover the HVAC system. Today Andrey came to install the custom door. He was also quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, everyone involved from start to finish was top notch. The entire process only took three weeks, as compared to five months to replace a broken garage door in 2021 and a year to replace our kitchen in 2022. Jessica let me know that was no problem, they could send someone out Monday morning. She wasn't sure what time, possibly between 10 and 11 but they would call me before arriving. I missed the call from Nicole while in the shower, but she followed up by a text to make sure I knew Jonathan would be here within 35 minutes. I love this attention to customer service. Jonathan showed up as scheduled and took a look at my water heater and assessed what my issue was which was low water pressure at the kitchen faucet and he informed me that I did not need a new water heater, which was a big relief. Jonathan is the one that helped me with my hose bib and just as last time he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the issue as likely some buildup in the line at the kitchen faucet. He was able to back-flush the line and found a small chunk of rust from my lovely steel pipes. It had gotten stuck and caused sediment buildup. Water pressure restored, no water heater replacement needed (phew) and I am back in business! I love their cost structure because it's not by the hour. It's by the job and what they do, etc. and I find that to be extremely reasonable.
