All Pro had written in very fine print they heard a grinding noise which may be the water pump failing, BUT FAILED TO TELL US THAT, or we would have had it fixed. Grinding noise did not present to us for 3 more weeks. Also, in the meantime, we took it in for tire sensor lights being on. Via phone, the said they would repair with new sensor lights and change oil at cost of nearly $600. Our understanding was they were replacing all 4 sensors. Two days after picking up the car, sensor light was on again. Taking it back (under warranty) they said "Oh, that sensor we didn't replace. We only replaced 2 sensors. It will cost you more." These people are rip offs.

Corning PD kindly had my car towed from in front of my home at 4:15 PM on a Friday by Phils because…read morethe registration had expired one month earlier. My fault I let the registration expire but I was not putting another dime into the car because of all the issues it had and was planning to sell it to Cash for Clunkers but time got away from me and we hadn't pulled it into my driveway which apparently would've saved me from this whole mess.Total money grab by the city and Phils because there was no way I would be able to get my car back before they closed at 5 PM for the weekend so my car had to sit there. I finally called and by that time I was told the fees were $900 BUT Earl would cut me a deal and only make me pay $500 if I signed the title of my car over. If I didn't do this the total fee's would be around $3000 by the time my car went to auction and he was likely to only make $1000 off the car and therefore would take out a deficiency lien against me for the rest of the money. I tried to negotiate the $500 since I was willing to sign my car over to him to sell at auction and the tow from my house to his storage is less than 0.25 miles so he would still be profiting but he refused and then had the audacity to shake my hand and tell me merry Christmas after making me pay $500 and leaving with nothing. I understand people have to run a business, but this was a huge scam and Phils is apparently notorious for this type of business from what another tow yard here in Corning told me when I called to see is this is standard in the business. We'll definitely never be doing business with them in the future.

After going to another shop and no transparency with them, this shop was so helpful and is going to be my go to car shop.
