They busted their tails when working with my solar company to get my panels removed so they could replace my roof. Not only did they assist with getting ahold of the solar company, but they checked in with me every couple of weeks to ensure I was getting the support I needed. This team did an amazing job with coordinating, staying on top of everything and their crew to install the roof were very fast!!! They put plastic down and were very careful with our belongings outside. The crew cleaned up everything very well and communicated when they were done so I could shut my garage. I can't thank Frontline Roofing enough for all they have done. This company has gone above and beyond in so many ways!!! I will always refer Frontline! Thank you!

This includes signing over an insurance check. This company pulls a bait and switch by claiming they'll file a claim for you on your behalf and then refer the work to a licensed roofer they work with. Do not do business with this company period!

I hired Josh as a public adjuster and contractor for roof and HVAC-related insurance work across…read moremultiple properties. I was hesitant to review Riverside PA because the new roof has required multiple leak repairs no less than 3 times, and I fear Josh may retaliate by refusing further repairs within reasonable time. However, recently Josh told me if I posted a negative review, he would sue me for libel. As I have documentation evidence of all my issues, I refuse to cower to his threats, as they will prove to be legally unfounded. From the start, despite my background managing insurance claims and HVAC/refrigeration systems, I was repeatedly given basic explanations and talked over, even after confirming I understood. I preferred to have conversations over text or email, to reduce the amount of frustration Josh caused by his patronizing and condescending tone. I addressed his tone on numerous occasions, to which he responded that was just how he communicated. When expressing my frustration, Josh responded, "I do not appreciate your demeanor. I'm a vendor, not one of your employees." This framed my tone as inappropriate and carried an assumption about how I manage my team, even though I was addressing legitimate issues. It also stood in contrast to his expectation that his own communication style be accepted without question. Before any work had started, Josh repeatedly pushed to expand the scope into additional projects, including another roof job, and solar installation, despite being asked to focus on the work at hand. The persist sales attempts contributed to increasing friction between Josh, myself, and my father throughout the project. During construction, tenants reported issues with debris and site cleanliness. While cleanup was eventually addressed, Josh indicated that these issues were simply part of a project of this scale. While I fully understood that, especially during a full roof tear-off and replacement, the response did little to address the frustration of my tenants or myself and came across as dismissive, rather than taking ownership of the issue and resolving it promptly. In April 2025, a vendor hired by Josh, cut control lines to our refrigeration system controls inadvertently, causing multiple coolers and freezers to go offline in our grocery store. This caused coolers and freezers to run warm, risking product damage, requiring an emergency call our repair contractor to assess and temporarily bridge the system. When Roman, Josh's vendor was informed of his mistake, he requested that the contractor complete the repair as he did not have the knowledge to repair it himself. Our contractor agreed, however, he expressed he would require a deposit on the invoice that would be the result of the work, since he had no previous relationship with either Roman or Josh. Josh was fully aware of the incident his vendor had created, as I apprised him immediately once it was diagnosed, and he was aware Roman required outside assistance. Since our contractor is not our employee, I left it to him to negotiate the terms of his work. Had I known what would happen, I would have gotten involved at the time. Roman agreed to pay a deposit, and once the work was completed, the contractor issued him an invoice. As of March 2026, that invoice remains unpaid, leading me to write this review. Our contractor has made multiple attempts to contact Roman without success. I was unaware of the situation until recently, and when it did come to light, I reached out to Josh regarding payment on behalf of the contractor. As the responsible party for the insurance claim, and the general contractor who hired Roman, I believed josh to be the responsible party to resolve the issue. Josh told me it was not his responsibility, that too much time had passed, and that I should contact Roman directly if I wanted the matter resolved. He also stated that Roman no longer works with him due to issues with other projects. I am not a party to this dispute but given that the issue arose from work performed under his project, I believed it was appropriate for him to help ensure the contractor was paid. Josh disagreed with my assessment of the situation and pushed me off to another day to have the conversation. When I called him yesterday and asked him if he had re-thought the payment of the contractor, his first words were "Did you just wake up and choose violence today?" This was an inappropriate and disrespectful response to a straightforward attempt to resolve an unpaid invoice. The ongoing dismissive, condescending and reductive tone, unnecessary and repetitive over-explaining, and failure to take responsibility when issues arose defined this experience. There are more examples I could include, but it is not worth further time. This was not a professional or respectful working relationship by any means. Not only would I not use Josh again, but I would also strongly caution others before choosing to work with him.
