From the owner: Dear Customer, We…read morehave replaced and installed hundreds of new roofs in your neighborhoods. The insurance company covered all these roofs replacements. We are proud of the fact that we have received multiple full insurance approvals in the cases when our clients were previously denied or partially approved for some ridiculously insignificant amounts. Upon your request, we can offer: a list of addresses where we've installed new roofs, allowing you to speak directly with your neighbors and witness the quality of our work; a preliminary free inspection covering the roof, gutters, downspouts, siding, and accessories. This will help us more accurately assess your chances for a successful claim. Full Inspection Photo Report will be immediately emailed to you after the inspection; a brief free analysis of your insurance policy to ensure sufficient coverage without any hidden provisions that could lead to claim denial or inadequate payments by the insurance company. Besides, for your peace of mind, you can verify all our licenses on the official website of the Illinois Department of Insurance. Additional useful information can be found on our websites. Ameribuild and Restoration have been great! I have lived in my house for nearly 10 years, and…read moredreaded the green shingles that upset the color balance of my home. However, due to financial crisis I never considered changing my roof - it was long due for repair. My thinking changes after most of my neighbors changes their roofs. I soon discovered they were able to have their roof covered by homeowner insurance. I contacted Ameribuild and Restoration and setup a free inspection. Never considered the thought that I have had hail damage. They completed thorough inspection and found damage at particular points of my house. From that point forward they took care of everything for me. Three weeks later the dreaded green shingles were gone and a new roof was installed. Finally my home looks great. Thank you Ameribuild and Restoration for everything you have done from the approval to the service and the labor. I couldn't be any happier, I would recommend your company to anyone. I am the kind of person that never buys anything without reading the reviews first (I'm in the…read moreprocess of purchasing a lot of stuff now, details to follow). So, if you're reading this, we have something in common. I will try and be as succinct as possible (almost impossible for me) The date was September 26, 2024. I live in Saint Petersburg Florida and the reports were coming in that hurricane Helene would hit my area. I have been living here for 8 years, so after living through 8 years of hurricane seasons and hearing about the big one that would hit Tampa Bay this year, I shrugged my shoulders and decided to stay in my house. That evening the winds were blowing the waves in the bay crashing against the sea walls. No big deal, I've seen it before. My wife, my dog and I were all tucked in bed safely knowing that my full house generator would kick in if the winds got too bad. All of a sudden, I started getting cold and wet and realized that there was water up to the top of my bed. UH OH. At day break after the hurricane subsided and I was able to get to my front door. I realized that we had over 3 feet of water in the house. This was the most catastrophic event in my life and in Tampa Bays life. I quickly called my friends to come and rescue us. My cars were flooded and we were trapped. My brother called me that morning to see how we were doing. One of his best friends is a 20+ year retired public adjuster (I had never even heard of one). His exact words to me were... "Don't even think about dealing with your insurance company without hiring a public adjuster". He gave me Ron's number at A. Schoeneman & Co. This had to be the best advice I had ever gotten from my big brother (I am in my 60's); I could not imagine dealing with all of this without the help of Ron and his team. I watched all of my friends going crazy dealing with their insurance companies (writing lists of their stuff etc....) I also listened to some of the settlements they were getting. How would I rebuild? Ron's team came to my house the day my insurance companies' adjuster was there to evaluate my losses. The details of my belongings being logged for hours upon hours. Once I saw the report that Ron and his team submitted to my insurance company, I finally was able to breath. The details were astounding! Finally, the settlement came in. It was pretty much exactly what I "valued" my belongings at. So, if you jumped to the end of this review. Here is my recommendation to you. If you made it through your catastrophic event and are ready to call your insurance company. Stop reading this and pick up the phone and Call A. Schoeneman & Co. you will not be sorry. This is what they do. They speak insurance (trust me you don't)! I have given Ron permission to give out my phone number if you want to speak to me about my experience.

I talked with several of these folks but it didn't seem like I could trust any of them. Looking up their less than great reviews confirmed my gut. Then I met JT Public Adjusters; in large part due to Matt Uliverie's upfront and honest approach I decided to go with them. They took care of the insurance side of things for me and got the whole roof replacement covered. Shoutout to Matt Ulivieri who was fantastic throughout the entire process. There was a separate issue caused by the crew during the installation, but when I called him, Matt didn't hesitate -- he had someone come out to fix it ASAP - with no hassle, no excuses. That kind of responsiveness truly matters and sets them apart. I'm still waiting on the warranty paperwork, and we'll see how the roof holds up over time, but based on everything so far, I'd definitely recommend Matt and JT Public Adjusters to anyone dealing with storm damage.
