The roof had been severely damaged by wind and hail storms, which led to water damage inside my home. Communication with Sebastian was top-notch. He followed up weekly to update us on the progress of the claim and promptly scheduled the project. Sebastian provided samples of the materials that would be used to ensure the new roof would be secure and waterproof. The A & A Public Adjusters crew arrived around 7 am and promptly got to work. The tarp was erected to protect the neighbor's property, and the clean-up was flawless. They removed the old and installed a beautiful new roof on the house and garage, all in one day.

They worked directly with my insurance company to make them aware of all of the hail damage to my house and was straight forward in what would be covered and what would not. When we reviewed the estimate from the insurance company together, they had plans to maximize what we were getting and provided options to help reduce my out-of-pocket expenses. We went with their roofing company and they waive their 10% adjuster fee and I'm very glad I did. Their roofing team was very professional and took their time to do the work correctly even with venting changes I made. The material used was top of the line and they worked with me until I was completely satisfied before they left. They even came back (after they were paid) and replaced the roof vents that I wasn't happy with in a week. I seen other neighbors go with other companies and the quality of the materials and installation were well below what was done on my house. I highly recommend Frontline Adjusters.

Fine work, whatever crew they got there to do that. But.... Then the siding guy came and poked holes in my 2 week old roof because he used a pump jack system for my 1 story house. Totally wrong system to use. He poked holes on every side of the house and bent the drip edge to hell. When I contacted Frontline with pictures. I was told "that's common practice and the crew will seal it when done. No problems" That's not how any of this works. The underlayment cannot be sealed again. The shingle cannot be made whole again. Squirting some Black Jack is not a "seal". That is a bandaid. And we all know bandaid fall off eventually. The response to the drip edge being bent up was "that is a gutter skirt and will be flattened when gutters are installed." Mfer, the integrity of that metal is compromised now the drip edge is bent. They'll get you the money. Just keep it and hire someone yourself. You'll never get quality work out of anyone they hire because they hire the lowest bidder and pocket the rest. Edit: added photos and fixed typo. Maybe add more later when they finish

I talked with several of these folks but it didn't seem like I could trust any of them. Looking up their less than great reviews confirmed my gut. They took care of the insurance side of things for me and got the whole roof replacement covered. Shoutout to Matt Ulivieri who was fantastic throughout the entire process. There was a separate issue caused by the crew during the installation, but when I called him, Matt didn't hesitate -- he had someone come out to fix it ASAP - with no hassle, no excuses. That kind of responsiveness truly matters and sets them apart. I'm still waiting on the warranty paperwork, and we'll see how the roof holds up over time, but based on everything so far, I'd definitely recommend Matt and JT Public Adjusters to anyone dealing with storm damage.

We had hail damage and thought about dealing with the insurance company directly, but had had a…read morepast experience where an adjuster minimized the damage and disallowed some legitimate items. So when Luca from Neighborhood Adjusters came to inspect my neighbor's house, I invited him over. I knew I had some dents on my siding, but he looked around and found much more damage: some blisters on the shingles caused by high-speed hail impacts, dents on my AC condensing unit and on gutters and fascia, and on a storm door and a light fixture. Things I wouldn't have thought to check. He even examined our mailbox. He met the insurance inspector, held firm with him, and got money for us for these items. We now have a new roof, all new siding, gutters, fascia, the other items, and even money to refinish my deck. Even if we didn't fix all these items, we were still eligible for recovery of the damage. That's the value of a public adjuster. But you should know that if you just use their adjuster service and don't hire them, you will owe them a big commission. I did hire them though, and it was a good experience on the whole. The process took a long time, but they always did what they promised. Of course Luca works for his company, but he always tried to satisfy our needs, always answered my calls, and was on top of the details. He understands insurance and he's tuned in to the customer. I'm a former contractor myself, so I'm probably more demanding than some other homeowners. We had a couple of bumps along the way, but we ended up satisfied and we're happy to give the company and especially Luca, a positive review.
