I urgently needed to re-key 3 locks and A-Abbot answered the phone and provided a quick and easy response and quote. Their locksmith came out within 4 hours and was done in about 1 hour. Their employee was clean cut, polite, respectful and quickly performed the work without any up-selling. He did the job I asked and fixed another lock that I did not realize was broken for a nominal price. 4 copies of all the keys were provided quickly. I will never go to Home Depot and try this myself. A shout out to Zach! I needed a new Kia remote key but the identifying number had worn off. He worked to find me a price range for KIA keys. I then went to the KIA dealership. They used my VIN number to identify my key model. As long as I was there they quoted me a price. I went back to Zach with the key model number and he quoted me a price $330 less than the dealer. I jumped at it. He had to order it. It took only 2 days for it to arrive. I brought my car in and it was cut and programmed in half an hour. I received great help, a great price and great service. The ignition key of my 20-year-old Honda would not always turn to the "Start" position. Was nearly stranded a couple of times when this happened. I thought I would need a new ignition lock assembly ($$$) or a new lock cylinder (time-consuming to remove and replace) but Jim was able to use the factory codes to cut and reprogram a new key that works great. Took maybe an hour at most and it only took that long because the port to program the key is somewhat hidden on this car. Saved me a trip to the dealer/mechanic as well as considerable time and money. The guys here are friendly and easy to work with, so getting your lock repaired doesn't seem like such a chore. I highly recommend this locksmith shop. read more
