After googling, I realized my dad would need to come jump me then need to replace my battery. We knew just where to go since this happened at the Starbucks near this location. When we entered, Logan greeted us and even offered to put in the battery. This right here is why my dad has been a loyal customer, and in turn, I became a loyal customer when I was driving a vehicle myself as well. He was super friendly and helped with my dad to replace my battery which is surprisingly the original (7 years strong)! Grateful for the service, and don't take this the wrong way, I hope to not step foot in for a few years as that means something is wrong with my vehicle. But if I do, then I know I'm in good hands!

Not sure if this is a new policy or a change made by management, but it was definitely disappointing -- especially considering their oil prices already seem to be marked up compared to other stores. For anyone looking to save a little money, AutoZone still price matches on oil products.

Landon rizzi I…read morevisit AutoZone quite often, but recently I had an experience that deserves recognition. One night, after being pulled over for a headlight that was out, I was pretty shaken up and stopped at AutoZone in Apache Junction for help. A young employee named Landon Rizzi went above and beyond for me. Not only did he replace my headlight bulb, but he also noticed that my license plate light was burned out and took care of that as well. He didn't hesitate to help and treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism from start to finish. As a single woman, it meant a lot to have someone willing to help without making me feel uncomfortable or inconvenienced. Outstanding customer service like his is rare these days. Landon was knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely caring. AutoZone is fortunate to have an employee like Landon. He deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides and should be commended for the positive impact he has on customers. I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you, Landon, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.

I took it in and they said it wasn't eligible Ronne replaced because this was the second battery that had gone bad and they only warranty one battery. The logic is crazy. You buy a $200 battery with a two year warranty that costs extra. THEIR battery goes bad after 1 year. It's prorated and replaced. The second battery goes bad after 1 year. They won't honor a warranty. Ridiculous. It took them 20 minutes just to look up the original sale while placing several phone calls on eternal hold. Two other employees ignored the customers and phones. The place is dirty. Wow. I went to Costco. Took 12 minutes, they took in the NAPA battery core, sold me a new battery (made by Interstate) with a no-questions asked 3 year warranty, bring it in and they'll give you a brand new one. The new battery I got was $119. NAPA offers no value, nothing. I'm done with NAPA forever. I've had similar experiences with them in the past. And they're probably wondering why their business is failing.
