I replaced every sensor and even added a boost fooler to solve the problem, but the problem would not go away. Finally, I put back in the stock turbo and I have no more issues. The KC turbo is now a paperweight. I believe that the wastegate is seized. I understand that sometimes even good products can have defects, but my real issue with KC is the horrible customer service. They will not even consider that their product could have a problem and refuse to make this right...I'm on my own. He also called my mother and left a message and told her to call him back at the number that wouldn't work. Mixing green coolant into a Toyota Sienna that uses red (Toyota Long Life) coolant can cause the two types to react, creating a sludgy, gel-like substance that clogs the radiator, heater core, and engine passages.
