Hello. Understand folks, the gentleman that comes to your rescue is a human being. He takes a lunch break, some times busy driving, and has the same issues with email and text that the rest of us have. Sometimes our cell phones are not so handy. Most are a one or two persons behind the business number you dial. Message in, message out to lock smith - and he may be very busy with a several hour help call.
Like mine! I let the battery die on my front door smart lock, and could not get into my house. Plenty of spare keys, all in the house my bad. Now there are spares in my glove box and 'taDaa' secretly buried in the yard. ") Sit out in the hot of the day with two restless female Labs looking up asking why don't we go in where it is cool!!! The man was busy on another call.
However, he was as prompt as time allows. Finished up and headed to my home. Actually was sitting there waiting for me to show up, I drove around the neighborhood a bit in the cool ac of my automobile to cool down my girls. The A1 locksmith was smiling and polite, and greeted my labs. He drilled out the front door lock and removed it for me. I replaced it myself with a very good choice that I am well pleased with.
Again, the locksmith was most congenial as he was leaving, and pleasingly bid me good day. Price for service was not hard to swallow. The review by Gena M is a bit disappointing to read. It is not a genuine review of the locksmith service, just a rant of her panties in a wad. The locksmith did not send her call directly to voice mail, his cell phone did that. I cuss mine all too often for making decisions for me, especially typing a text. And note, "every thing she owns was in her truck" .....seems shallow to me.
I am well pleased with A1 Locksmith services. Give them a chance to help you. Keeping in mind, it is not his fault you are in the mess your in, and the world rotates for us all ....not just for you and your time restraints.
