Left a message and a few hours later got a call back from the owner. We chatted for a minute about things and asked if it was ok to give his Mule (Molly) an apple in the morning. He said sure go right ahead she don't bite. The next morning I arrived Apple in hand, and Mike had left me a note attached to bared wired fence, Mike went out of his way to give me more history of Molly and the ranch and the ac biz and his company and even some town history. The remaining line downstairs was still completely blocked. He didn't test the line to see if it was open, simply pouring water into the line would have shown him it wasn't open. Wasted my time and money. Jay wouldn't return our calls to clarify what he didn't fix. I ended up using bleach as a recommended by a Lowe's employee and it worked. So I fixed the issue for now myself. I'm can't recommend their service. This is unacceptable service or lack of in my book.
