However, after asking for more than his original quote (text he said the job would be about $500 but then when he arrived, increased his price to $800 and agreed to $750), he then started on fixing our driveway cracks. He said he would use glue and that supplies would cost about $150. Sometime before he started, I guess he thought that buying a $10 bag of concrete and filling the cracks only with concrete would be just as good. When he finished and we inspected the driveway and found the cracks were still there, albeit with a nice 4" bright white splash of concrete lining all of them making pretty designs on our driveway, we asked him to come back and fill with glue as he agreed. He then said it would cost us several hundred dollars more. We insisted that he was already paid and needed to do the job as he agreed and shared with him his own texts stating he would do this. He finally came back and apparently just put some more concrete in the cracks which, predictably did not fill the cracks and they are still there. I followed up with a text asking if he had used glue and got no response. Yelp fulfilled their guarantee and is actually refunding us $750 - THANK YOU YELP!!

Michael came out and gave us an estimate on cleaning the swimming pool tile, grouting loose…read moreflagstone around the pool, waterfall and around the Koi pond, tear out some old slate tile and power washing. He gave a very reasonable quote for all of the work. Michael and his team completed the work in two very full days. I am very pleased with all of the work that was done. The pool, waterfall and Koi pond looks vibrant and fresh again. Besides doing great work, Michael is very good on follow up and keeping us informed on what he was doing.
