Robert is a very nice, earnest young man who you feel you can trust and who actively pursues your business. However, after asking for more than his original quote (text he said the job would be about $500 but then when he arrived, increased his price to $800 and agreed to $750), he then started on fixing our driveway cracks. He said he would use glue and that supplies would cost about $150. Sometime before he started, I guess he thought that buying a $10 bag of concrete and filling the cracks only with concrete would be just as good. When he finished and we inspected the driveway and found the cracks were still there, albeit with a nice 4" bright white splash of concrete lining all of them making pretty designs on our driveway, we asked him to come back and fill with glue as he agreed. He then said it would cost us several hundred dollars more. We insisted that he was already paid and needed to do the job as he agreed and shared with him his own texts stating he would do this. He finally came back and apparently just put some more concrete in the cracks which, predictably did not fill the cracks and they are still there.
