For some reason he used my ignition switch first, forcing it back and forth till I thought it might get damaged. When I expressed concern he said "You have only two choices..I do this or you get a new ignition switch and they're expensive." WTF? He said he usually uses the helmet lock keyhole or the sidepanel one to make an ignition key, yet only tried those after nearly breaking my ignition switch. And he got nowhere with them. Surly attitude too. When I asked a question he either glared at me like I was an idiot or ignored me. When he admitted he was "at a dead end" I told him I'd just get someone else, he warned me there was only one other smith in town. I fired him and got my mechanic to do it. Took him all of 10 minutes. I'd never call these guys again. The rave reviews here amaze me.
