I was stranded and from out of town when my ignition key broke in half leaving half inside the ignition. I was in a predicament to say the least. I called Gary and he showed up in less than 15 minutes. I own a Chevy and have had to jiggle my key for the past year. He fished out the broken key in less than 2 minutes, cut new keys but my broken key was not from the dealer and was not cut right. Thats why I had to jiggle the key to get it to start. He could have just given me the keys and sent me on my way, but being the professional he is he pulled my whole ignition and cut me new keys that were in factory specs. Now it turns like butter, I thought I was going to have to buy a whole ignition to get it fixed thats why I put it off. Being from out of town he could have over charged me, but didnt. The price I paid was more than reasonable and alot cheaper than I could ever have expected. After talking with him I felt I had known him for years. No need to look any further! I called Gary because my key was not working in my storm door. Gary arrived quickly, and helped me with some WD-40 and pliers. Even though the solution was simple with the tools he had, Gary could have charged the trip fee and left. Instead, HE suggested a solution that got me more bang for my buck! He keyed the back door lock to match the front door at no additional cost to me. I hadn't even thought of how useful that was, but glad we did it. Accidentally locked my keys in my car and luckily Mr. Gary was there when I did and helped me to unlock my car to get my keys out. Very nice friendly man who opened up my car up in no time.
