I believe I originally spoke with the owner of the company to get the quote and I asked if we could communicate by text as I was coordinating this service from a different state/time zone. The pricing was right for us because of the seasonal discounts and more importantly, I believe they were confident in their service and wanted to earn the repeat business (a great sign of a quality service). I had Victory Home Services send a professional out to come deep clean my father's home. He has lived alone for a year now and has had caregivers to maintain the cleaning for him, but a deep clean was needed to turn over the fall season. Cornelia was dedicated and somehow managed to get the bathroom clean (I was about to just replace the toilet and she salvaged it!). She came back a second day when my dad ran out of energy for visitors to be over. That was huge! The dedication to the job was just what we needed to get it done. Thanks Victory!

Very thorough in the cleaning process. I had everything picked up and the floor vacuumed, but he used his commercial vacuum to do a better job. Used a handheld vacuum box to get along the baseboards and corners then used a pre-cleaner to treat the stains. After that he used an orbital cleaner across the whole room to clean the carpet, followed by a carpet rake to stand it back up.
