If you are a repeat customer they wont ask for payment but instead will send the bill which helps because I just paid bills and school is starting back soon so this helped . I was given a quote to seal the seam around my pool...I asked the owner if they were familiar on how to do it and he said he had a guy that can do it. I was provided a quote I agreed to it and told him I like to have it done along with my patio floor. I was told three different dates on when they would come out...Finally they send a guy out on Monday. He came out around 10::30am spoke to me for an hour then around 11:30am he tells me he has to go get the materials. I'm thinking to myself why didn't you already have the materials. He came back that same day around 3:45pm. He did about an hours worth of work and managed to seal 24 inches of the seam out of 35 linear feet..said he would come back the next day. He never showed up...called Mr. Stalworth that day and told me he look into it. The next day i figured he send someone but no one came..no phone call... nothing. I contacted them and Mr. Stalworth said to me I have to look at his schedule. I said to him I should be on his schedule since he already started the work. Bottom line here is...they under bid the job and even though I was told they would still do the job regardless if they under bid it. They didn't finish the job and they really were never serious about taking care of the customer because I wasn't handing them a fist fall of dollars. Stay away from these hacks. They claim no job to big or small they can't handle. They proved they can't handle a job period.

I called for plumbing services because their HVAC service was great for me. Little did I know that…read morea slow draining bath tub would cost 300$ I was informed it was 135$ an hour on top of 35$ truck fee as well as another 35$ snake fee. I thought this was expensive but was giving them business based on the experience I had with their HVAC service. After unclogging the tub they said they would write up the invoice and be back. I was shocked to hear 300$. I was told the invoice would be emailed to me. It took 4 days and 2 phone calls to receive it. Then when I asked why it was so much I was told they charge an extra 95$ helper fee. I asked why they did not mention that before I requested service because they certainly let me know about the other fees all she could say was sorry. I am very disappointed in this company and will never use these guys for anything ever again. I strongly recommend using another company as well. These guys are charging ridiculous fees.
