It is not a genuine review of the locksmith service, just a rant of her panties in a wad. The locksmith did not send her call directly to voice mail, his cell phone did that. I cuss mine all too often for making decisions for me, especially typing a text. And note, "every thing she owns was in her truck" .....seems shallow to me.
