Not any difference from my previous locksmith. Gave them a a try. The young man said the charge was over $700.00 for 10 Keys, trip charge, re keying 3 cylinders and labor. I objected to the charge. The young man contacted the office and the price was lowered to just under $500.00. I agreed to the price, but it was outrageous. Trip fee $95.00, $40.00 per cylinder keys were reasonable, but the labor for one hour was $190.00. What a ripoff.

Check out the texts that I will attach that are the same name. They quoted us $85/hour and showed up with two men. Unfortunately my family member needed to move so my Mom jumped in to help and booked this guy without me doing some homework. Had I seen these reviews, I would have advised my Mom to cancel. He and his mover (both named Eric) were nice enough. We told them we had a two story house that needed to be moved with two bedrooms along with all of the other items one would expect like beds, furniture, TVs, W/D, dressers, clothes, refrigerator. We also gave them the address so he could know the location and perhaps get an understanding of the house. He came in a rented UHaul - the smaller sized truck which ended up taking several runs. He tried to save money getting a smaller truck. Had he gotten a bigger one and brought a 3rd mover, I am sure the move would have been achieved in less time than the 12 hours it took (which includes a lunch break). They bought blankets but kept asking for tape which shows that they weren't fully supplied movers. Flags upon flags. Real mo ers have wrapping tape, moving blankets and tape galore. Beforehand, my Mom asked if they were bonded and insured. He said yes. I overheard her speaking to him about this upon booking. They unloaded everything well enough. They put the kids' beds back together and connected the appliances. My main issues are his disappearance come answering for some broken items. There were two TVs still wrapped in Grey blankets - one of which was cracked. A light sconce was broken. And the dryer drum seems to have been damaged during the move. He said he didn't drop it. My family member Saud it wasn't making that sound before the move. If they had removed all the blankets, they would have seen the damage and answered for it right then. His partner was heard in the background saying it looked like the TV was hit. It does look like that. I don't know how the TV was packed or secured down during the ride. All I know is that this TV was in tact before being covered and once it was uncovered after the move it was discovered to be cracked. I had no problem or hesitation shelling over the $1200. Sure, his truck was small. Sure, he needed more men. Sure he needed more supplies. But they seemed to do a decent job and we agreed to the rate. Again, my issue is him being so understanding and "I will make it right" attitude but never getting back to me. He was busy with other moves. He has a 10 month old at home and so he is spending time with family at night. I get it. But I paid you. I simply want you to answer to the damages. File a claim...if you are insured like you say you are. Finish the job. People want to be entrepreneurs and don't know how to fully be that. This felt like an amateur operation which it was because he said he just started working on his own. So much for giving a newbie a chance. Conveniently, his number does not work. Should he call me back and make things right regarding broken items, I will gladly bump this up to 3 stars.

After texts and calls I heard nothing from them. They texted me at 10:30am saying they will be refunding my deposit and not showing up. 4 days later I have heard no correspondence as to when I will be seeing a refund, nor have I seen anything reflecting on my bank statement. This company is a scam. Do not utilize their "services".

They actually have several locations around the metroplex, but I came to this one based on the recommendation of a friend. I needed a copy of an elevator key. In fact I needed several copies. I wasn't sure it was even possible, but they were able to do it right on the spot and in a matter of minutes. They also provided a red rubber keychain in the shape of the state of Texas with the A-1 logo. The keys were about $7 each. What a deal! While I waited for the task to be completed, I looked over the cute key designs available for standard house keys. They had a collection of NFL designs as well as a variety of other hobbies. The store was quite large and filled with safes of various sizes. Also on display were a variety of lock entry systems including some with pin codes. Service was quick, price was reasonable, and the product worked!
