The technician (from their Celina location) was delayed by a larger than expected previous job and showed up complaining from the start - first about the street parking and then when I asked him to add one code to the new keypad and to rekey its lock to an existing key telling me "That'll cost you more!". He used his device for my payment but did not offer a receipt. When I contacted the office they emailed the receipt but the line items hadn't been entered properly so were confusing; customer service said he'd have his manager email a corrected receipt to me. No updated receipt arrived so I followed up and received the response that "Our team is still reviewing the invoice; we will send it to you once it is ready." It's been a week so I'm guessing management is just blowing it off.

They were unhelpful in trying to escalate the issue to Lennox. One woman hung up on my husband and another told me I needed to call Lennox myself and complain. This is the company that we paid to install our units (that were still under warranty) and paid an ongoing service fee for checkups. We called another AC company and they had our AC fixed in 24 hours.
