Which is probably why he owns his own business, because he couldn't take constructive criticism. He also pulled the permit, charged the homeowner, and then would not provide a copy for our records. The town wouldn't provide a copy of it either. One would think that maybe the contractor and the town are into something corrupt. I had been collaborating with Frank Dixon regarding the roof replacement issues. I inquired whether Frank's company also handled porch work. Frank played a crucial role in organizing everything. On 5/22/2025 Manny and Julian arrived slightly before 8:30 AM. They informed me of their arrival at my residence. Manny and Julian took measurements for the materials, letting me know they would head to the store and return. They came back in about an hour. I am extremely pleased with the porch replacement. Additionally, I truly appreciated their professionalism and the respect they showed for my property during the construction process. I would recommend and certainly use TRC's services again in the future.

I was already impressed because no one had done that. After awhile he told me it was the roof and probably a nail or something under the roof tiles.
