We highly recommended Four Seasons. We bought a 30 year old house about 4 months ago and found out one of the gas fireplaces didn't work after we moved in. We called Another fireplace company in Valpo to fix it and got horrible service and was told part was obsolete and had to replace entire fireplace for thousands of dollars and then no return on responses so we called Four Seasons they came out checked it out right away and found the problem and ordered the part and it was fixed. They did a great job in a very timely manner and so so pleasant to work with. They know there stuff and will continue to have our chimneys swept by them in the future and use them for all other services. You can't go wrong with these guys. A+. read more

We purchased a home with a gas fireplace that didn't work, though we had no idea what the issue was or how to fix it. Four seasons cams out to check it out and quickly identified the problem, and ordered the replacement part, which came in in about a week. Zac then came out to replace the pilot light assembly and was outstanding- took the time to organize the wires and very deeply clean the entire system. After installing the new part, he spent about 20 minutes explaining all of the parts of the fireplace to me, how they work, and how to troubleshoot potential issues. He was professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Overall an outstanding company. Would absolutely use them again for any future issues or general maintenance. We called to schedule the appointment right as it was getting cold (so I'm sure their busiest time!) and they quickly and easily got us on the calendar. read more

Called these guys 3 weeks ago for a quote on repairing my leaking crown and cap. Took them 4 days to get back to me after I left 2 more messages. Guy gives me a quote of 2k over the phone! I called them back exactly one week ago. No answer so I left another message requesting Zach to come out and look at my chimney then give me a more solid quote. No return phone call. I used them for a chimney sweep in October 2018 and was happy. Now however these guys are no better than the Fly By Night Albert the Chimney Sweep. Unreliable, unprofessional. I do not recommend using this company to anyone. read more

Doug came out to check our chimney that seemed to be blocked causing smoke to come back into the room. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and took care of the issue quickly. I will definitely use them again if any issues arise. read more

Zac Tharp totally far exceeded my expectations. My pilot light wouldn't stay lit on my gas log fireplace and we have been having issues with it for years. Zac is an expert--he educated me on the entire workings of the fireplace and all safety precautions and did not try to upsell but together we came up with a reasonable solution and so he vacuumed and cleaned out the entire fireplace and replaced the ashes and added decorated rock, all for a very reasonable price. Zac actually received a degree in college for this specialty. His uncle owns this business and Zac is a real asset. He was professional, took his time, answered all of my questions, and did an outstanding job! Thank you! read more

They replaced two chimney caps for us. Appointments were kept, phone calls returned , and they stood behind their work. Highly recommend.

I contacted this business to schedule an inspection & get a quote more than once. They didn't return my calls. When I finally did speak with someone, the woman was dismissive and rude. I told her I'd like to have a professional take a look at my fireplace and give me an estimate for making any necessary repairs. She responded by simply saying, "Then it's gonna cost you $150 for us to even come out and then we'll only be there for 20 minutes." I asked about scheduling and she laughed and said it'd be 2 months before getting an appointment. With an awful attitude like that, I'd hate to think what kind of service they might provide if hired! read more

Doug came out to look at my fireplace and promised he would provide a proposal within a week. I did not receive the proposal and after several weeks of hearing nothing I attempted to contact Doug about his lack of response. Four Seasons has been totally unresponsive to my calls and emails. I have left several messages but have not received a return phone call. Most of the time you cannot get through to a person and are required to leave a voicemail. Don't waste your time with them. They obviously don't follow up as promised and don't want the business. read more

When I finally did get a call, the gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and apologetic, but I had to pull teeth to get a semi-commitment for a date for him to come. He said he woulld call back to confirm (why?), and never did. They obviously don't want the business. read more
