I came in Saturday looking for some Easter sneakers for my son. They told me of the three day…read morepolicy. I came in today (Tuesday) to bring back the sneakers because they did not fit my Childs foot. I was told the sneakers were dirty and he would not refund me or store credit me my money. I explained to the man, that my son tried the shoe on with a brand new black sock, which is probably why he seen a little black scuff in the inside of the shoe. The shoe had no dirt on the outside or even on the bottom. Clearly, they were not worn, but he still refused to even give me a store credit. I have been a resident in Delaware my entire life and use to frequent this store all the time. I stopped coming when I heard that they pick in choose what they want to refund and what they dont, but because I was in a rush on Saturday, is the only reason I stopped in. I wouldn't recommend this store to my worse enemy.
