Great place for a kids team party in the early evening weeknight hours which Camarillo was lacking. Arcade was fun for the kids, tiki bar was cool and fun, overall atmosphere was great. Pizza was just ok at best, Mai tai was decent, and small beer selection. I paid $20 total for a large 2 topping pizza and soda which I thought was reasonable. Mai tai was $10. Still gave 5 stars because how cool and different the place was. I usually only give 5 stars for great food and atmosphere but this place is very unique. Also great family atmosphere, kid friendly. They're new. I guess. The bartender, does not know how to make mixed drinks. One drink for $9.99 is almost pure fruit juice. When asked if she could include a bit more rum she charged me an extra $5.00! When asked if we could have ranch dressing with the pizza, they charged us extra. Love the ambience of the Tiki bar, but it is way too cold inside, and the drinks need alot of improvement. Especially the Mai Tai which should be their signature cocktail but all I tasted was the almond flavoring and very little dark rum floater. The Scorpion tasted like fruit juice and lime. Tiki drinks should have a good amount of alcohol! You for sure could tell they were pre-mixed. Hopefully they will continue to work on the drinks, its a great place to hang out otherwise. First, the tiki bar service was amazing. Jenny was very nice and helpful. The drinks are all $9.99, hence the name of the bar. But, with the cheap drinks, that means high sugar and low alcohol. We also didn't love that children are allowed to run around and be crazy in there until 9:00pm. It's a small space, and screaming children who are at risk for tripping people are not exactly at home in a tiki bar. Especially since there is a family restaurant and arcade just on the other side of the door. Now the pizza. Sadly, it was really bad. The crust was awful. We thought maybe we got the gluten free crust by mistake. The sauce and toppings were just ok. They are not going the extra mile on anything here. You're also encouraged to order from the app, but we saw sundried tomatoes on the website menu, but not the app. So, we went to the counter to ask about that. The person at the counter didn't even know what sundried tomatoes were. That's pretty sad for a pizza joint! We visited the Tiki side of the restaurant the week it was opened. I ordered the Punch cocktail and it tasted odd and very sweet. My husband had a Malibu rum and Coke and it was just ok. The bottom line is that batch made cocktails just aren't very good. I would much rather pay $15 and have a bartender individually made my cocktail. We also ordered veggie and margarita pizzas. Overall great. Was thrown off by self seating and everyone seeming to share all the jobs (front desk, waiting on tables etc). Didn't enjoy not having a dedicated waiter and having to flag down someone for something. Not the worst though. Pizza is 'aite. Tastes exactly like another establishment in Camarillo I can't remember. Maybe toppers. It's good pizza, probably frozen but no real issues. The jalapeño poppers were killer. Definitely order those. Lastly the food side, arcade and bar are each their own room, which was a little odd at first but no real issue. I expected it all to be a little more merged together. Each room was smaller than expected. The tiki bar is total vibes and although I didn't have a drink, will be a blast to drink and kick back in. It feels like this place is still trying to find it's balance, it's new so give it a few months to settle in. Here is the need to know: The arcade is the money sucking type and probably fun for kids for a bit before your wallet runs out or they get board. The restaurant side is a little small but they move quickly to make up for that. You can also eat in the tiki bar. But the tiki bar is themed well but premixed drinks that need to be improved kinda take away from what it could be. The drinks are unbalanced and need to be reworked ASAP. read more

Never ordering from here ever again! Yes, there's a power outage in town but there's no excuse for poor customer service. I'm writing this review before I even received the pizza. Let's see if it even tastes good! Ordered 2 pizzas they said it would be 15-20 minutes on the phone, we went to go get the pizza and were waiting 40 minutes. It's now been an hour- the woman on the phone says we can't guarantee the time only the food. If you know the one location is taking all the orders for the community you should tell the customer on the phone the wait time may be longer. read more

We have now been to 999 Pizza three times. My son has had a blast each time. He enjoys playing in the arcade. We usually get a slice of pepperoni pizza for $4. The slice is huge and lots of pepperoni. Customer service has been amazing each time. Their employees are really nice. read more

Looked like a chill place on media, but arcade is small and the service is wack. Latin girl with hightlights around 5'4 and with black head band , rude and not proper, didn't handle food with care and acted like we messed up. Then the African American male at the bar was mean , acted like we were bugging him to get a drink. Tables dirty and drinks were mid they're pre made. Food was okay too, wings were hard. My kids requested to try this place for dinner/ movie night. Ordered 2 pizzas for pick up and got home to realize the toppings were not what we had requested. Pizza was also so undercooked we had to cook it before it was edible. Would not go back. read more

First time eating at 999 and not impressed. Robot delivered food, missing one entree and no forks /knives. Chicken ceased salad was fresh but the chicken tasted like lunch meat. When checking out the tiki bar there were a few things that we noticed right away. The menu is kind of small , drinks are priced at $9.99, and it's small inside. We ordered a few different drinks. We had a Mai Tai, zombie , blue Hawaiian, and a jungle bird. We only enjoyed the mai tai, the other three drinks were just too potent or off in flavor. We the drinks are pre-batched not sure if that's the main issue or if it's the recipes. We are fans of some of the other tiki bars. The level of drink is not comparable. It feels closer to some of the dive bars in town. But drinks are $9.99 if you go to a tiki bar, I think I would've spent almost double on a normal drink. Though they are stronger and have nicer flavor. If you're going for the arcade and you have kids, they will be happy but if you want an arcade as an adult, don't have high expectations. read more

I was so disappointed! After walking in a week ago after having dinner somewhere else it looked really fun. Talking with the the bartender it sounded like a great place to have drinks and food. We went tonight and I tell you how bad it really was . The food was just barely ok and the drinks in Tiki bar were terrible. If you have a Tiki bar with specialty drinks they should be special and they weren't. I've never seen a Mai tai made from pouring fruit over ice and the adding well rum to it!. This is not only great pizza it's an experience! #1 the pizza was delicious. The salad bar is very fresh and a nice addition. They have a lunch special with personal pizza, salad bar and fountain drink for $9.99! There is the game room filled with great video games and an ever changing electric light display. Step thru another door and there is a "Tiki Bar" also having the lights display and a nice bar. This concept is really cool whether it's a family night a quick (inexpensive) lunch, or meeting a friend for a drink they've got it all. Guys. Please. When I tell u do not go here. Do not. Wasted a fun evening on this place before the fair. Service was absolute trash. Waited for food forever and no one was there. I told the man who took my order in the front that I we are missing three meals as he dropped off my cousins and he questioned me for my receipt and said "I don't think u ordered any kids meals let me see your receipt." I thankfully had my receipt because he couldn't remember taking my order 30 min prior. The food was disgusting. I mean nasty. Nachos are gas station nachos. I mean bad. Plus they didn't even add all the ingredients listed. My Italian sub somehow came after everyone's meals, 20 minutes after everyone. When it came it had no Italian and 3 different cheeses on it. Chorizo burrito was just pure egg with nothing else and tortilla was burnt. Drinks were all out on the soda machine. Filthy all around. High chair was disgusting. I asked for my tables to be wiped and they wiped all crumbs on seat and then left. I wish we would have left and went to fridas down the street. Such a waste of money and honestly our time. We have a small baby and needed a quick meal. Was not quick in any way and I'm just so disappointed. I will give the place an A+ and 5 star rating for the concept. It has a little bit of everything for everyone. An arcade for kids, food choices everyone loves, and a very quaint (by quaint I mean tiny) Tiki Bar. Let's start with the Tiki bar. I loved it, but I did not love the drinks. I get you need to cut some corners to be able to serve drinks at a reasonable price, but said drinks should not be pre-made/batched. They taste absolutely horrible, and the quality of the alcohol in them leaves something to be desired. I had the Jungle Bird, and let me just say, I felt like giving it the bird. As for the food, well it doesn't get much better. The pizza was cold, dry, stale, and just not appetizing. It honestly reminded me of a Chuck E Cheese pizza. Considering I could literally go about 30 yds down the street and obtain a much better tasting and fresh pizza, you would think this pizza would've been made better. The salad bar is basically bag salad, nothing special like Toppers down the road. The Mac n Cheese bites were a hit with the kids, but they were to cold in the center for me. The mozzarella sticks were just like anybody else, so in essence they were okay. The pizza cookie was hard and dry. I did enjoy the wings. They were pretty decent, especially for the price point. All in all, my experience was meh at best. Will I go back? Sure, but only for the Tiki Bar. However, I will stick to just ordering a cold beer and stay away from the pre-made cocktails. read more
