First of all, how are you gonna rate a 99 low? This place is a New England staple. Went in before my movie for a few brew dogs and some wings and left with a fully belly and laughing from the local conversation and banter. You not only can't beat the price , ($26 for 2 beers one tall and wings) but every time I go to a 99 in a new place the locals are super welcoming . 5 stars through and through . Also they have happy hour drinks and half priced appetizers . Shabooyah! Tell em Madi sent ya

Went in for lunch today and ordered the Shrimp Scampi Mac & Cheese, it was loaded with shrimp and absolutely delicious. The service was quick and our server was very attentive. Overall a great experience!

Love the location, staff was friendly food was pretty good can't really complain Buffalo tenders are a 10/10

I come in fairly regularly, and I usually get treated well. My food is almost always perfect. I ordered my food ToGo on Monday, was greeted as per usual and offered a drink while I waited for my food. I'm not sure if it was my server or if it was the cook, but when I got to my car I opened up my packaging and saw this. Unimpressed is an understatement. I decided to eat it anyways, but my fries were barely warm. My wrap obviously was falling apart and there were only 2 pieces of chicken inside. The chicken was supposed to be tossed in the honey barbecue sauce, but it seemed there was no sauce on it at all. There is usually plenty of cheese too but this time there wasn't much at all. I am not sure what happened this time, but it was extremely disappointing.

Nice set-up/lay out. The is bar is huge and could comfortably seat over 30 people. I didn't sit at the bar, but did find myself admiring it's granger... I had the romaine steak tip Caesar salid. It was good and the tips were prepared right.

    Fast Fantastic Food L.

Stopped in for Thursday night trivia and 50cent wing Thursday. I want to start by saying I was sat immediately at a clean table....and was greeted by Josh our server in seconds and had drinks and minute later....hands down the best server I have ever had....so personable and attentive. Overall....I'm so pleased with his service nevermind the drinks or wings. The wings were fantastic per usual...drinks were good as well. The real fruit margarita was great...tough to drink with a straw tho...due to so much pulp. The mai tia was great as well....wing flavors were honey bbq, Chipotle, buffalo and gold fever. All were great and at 50 cent a wing...how can you lose? Must go asap and ask for (server) Josh Daniels.

This is how 99 serves a Caesar Salad, and when I called The answer was this is how they make them now?????

Like difficult to hear each other at the table loud. Not much you can do about that I suppose. The staff were working hard to keep up with the demand. Our waitress was great. Personable, competent and she knew the menu well. They offer a raw bar and pub style favorites. I enjoyed my fish tacos without the hot peppers (as advised by our waitress). They had a nice level of spice. Good onion rings too. I ate one of my SO's who got those with his giant burger. The restaurant and ladies room were clean. Not sure what is up with the selfie wall in the handicap stall in the ladies room though. A bit of whimsy right next to the diaper station. Ok then. They offer a full bar and lots of beers on tap. Plenty of parking in the lot our front. Other than dark and loud, we enjoyed our visit.

A dear friend just bought a condo near Newfound Lake and needed to attend the HOA meeting, so we decided to join with them afterwards and they searched the food offerings and came up with Kathleen's Irish Pub. Arriving at the place we noticed a sizable parking area although I am sure it's on overflow at St. Patty's Day. For a first timer, the premises used to be a hardware store so there are several doors and although the one that seems to be the main door, is not. The entrance is towards the front and there is a ramp to the main door Entering the Pub, there is an ample bar area and the food area is towards the left, facing Main Street. We were warmly greeted by a wonderful hostess whose demeanor and customer care was the best I've seen in a long time. We began the afternoon festivities with, of course, Guinness, certainly slow poured, which is good for you. My other half had their Harviestoun Old Engine Oil, creamy and tasty. The next course we had was their Giant Pretzel. Really giant. Baby Huey giant. It served as the appetizer for four of us. We got it with both, homemade beer cheese dipping sauce and the Irish Whiskey Dipping sauce. Both sauces are delicious, really so. Then they brought out the main courses; I had their delicious fish and chips. Perhaps one of the best, tastiest, crispy pieces of fish I've ever had. My spouse ordered the Galway Girl, a true half pound prime Black Angus burger topped by Swiss cheese and fried cheddar curds, poblano dressing and chips. The mix of the fried curds and meat and sauce was amazingly tasty. Another friend had the Boxty, basically a potato pancake filled with a delicious chicken stew. The quality of the food was amazing. Really so. But that wasn't enough, we ordered both, their Bread Pudding, and their Sticky Toffee Pudding. The Bread Pudding was amazing, but the Sticky Pudding was unequaled. I am glad we shared the dessert among four people... At the end of the lunch, the owner came in and engaged us in conversation. Affable, full of energy, friendly, and she knows the path of excellence where she's taking the place. We learned a second pub is planned for Franklin. If it is anywhere near the quality of Kathleen's, Franklin will have one superb eatery. Absolutely recommended.

But overall and current experience has been excellent. There is a mix of authentic Irish dishes and some Irish-ish fare. The Shepherds Pie and Fish and Chips are consistently excellent. Service is usually very good, especially when the owners are present. Everyone is friendly. We'll be back again. Very soon.

The food was just okay, but seems to have potential with a few tweaks. Gorgonzola cheese was somehow replaced with blue cheese?? Hamburger bun should be grilled maybe? Waited for a table to be clean, and it was 15 minutes before someone came to take a drink order. To be fair, the waitstaff was running, clearly busy. We each got a cocktail. My husband's spicy pineapple marg was good. My strawberry spritzer was bitter and flavorless. The short rib nachos were amazing. So flavorful and a great combination of ingredients. Slider trio was just okay per my husband. I'm told the pulled pork had a strange sweet flavor. My burger was incredibly disappointing, it was not seasoned...at all. Spear pickle on the side, ended up stealing my husband's chip pickles to flavor my burger. There was not enough ketchup to help. Ate half and could not stomach it. Overall, not a great experience,

And they kindly allowed us to order a simple hot grilled cheese & fries off of the kids' menu, which we shared around as a little bar snack to tide us over. We enjoyed the view to the west of stately Monadnock Mountain. They have a golf course and mini-golf, too, but this time we were just for the beer. In addition to the hand-written tap list above the bar, they keep an online list up-to-date, too. This was a pleasant recovery from our strenuous day.
