SOOOO tasty! Satisfied our diverse group of eaters. Wonderful dishes with terrific spices and vegetables. YUM!

Delicious vegan pho. The broth had so much flavor! 4 stars because it's a bit pricey.

I entered this restaurant around 7pm on a weekday. At that moment about 15 out of 40 seats inside are available. They have a short menu for food and I ordered pork belly and beef pho. BUT it turned out I have to wait for ONE WHOLE HOUR for an appetizer and an entry. Meanwhile, I saw four waiter/waitresses chatting around. The only explanation I got from them was it was busy hours and the kitchen is small. If the kitchen cannot even handle 60% of their maximum load in a timely manner. I really hope they can spend some time closed and figuring out the math. Maybe cuz this is a vacation spot that they might not expecting any customers coming back in the future. Also, the pho is just so so at most average level, nothing amazing or special. And in the end, I waited for 90 MINUTES FOR MY APPETIZER. I guess I should really appreciate their effort of running in the forests around trying to find a pig for me. read more

Best food we had while in Moab. Banh mi steak salad was super fresh and delicious. Beef Pho was delicious, but didn't have a lot of meat sadly. The bourbon jam cocktail was really good. Vietnamese iced coffee was addicting. It was honestly all really great. Waitstaff was really nice and attentive. If I went again, I'd get the banh mi steak salad. read more

Really really cool place. Staff is friendly. And ofcourse the food is amazing. The vegan cheesteak was my favorite. Bonus is a live DJ on sundays. What else could you want? read more

I'm newly vegetarian and eat vegan when I can and this place had the best vegan pho I've ever had. Bless.

Great food and friendly service if you're looking for pho or other Asian inspired dishes. The mock tails are pricey but so good! Take note though that they keep funny hours - I think they're only open Wednesday - Saturday. read more

Bad food （meat is smelly）, bad service（nasty attitude）. The boss is very greedy, won't even let us one cent off.

Excellent food! Really a surprise to find such a great gluten free/organic Vietnamese restaurant in Moab!! So good try the deviled eggs and the pho..great service too read more

Best salad and Pho I've ever had in my life. You can feel the care they have from local/fresh ingredients to presentation of the food to simple things that help the environment like using washable chopsticks/not providing straws. I really appreciate all of these items. Staff was great! read more

98 Center was the highlight of Moab! What can I say about the vegan pho that hasn't already been said?! It's truly wonderful, so much rich flavor, not salty and beautifully presented! I had a housemade limeade which was so flavorful! 98 Center has such a wonderful atmosphere, warm and funky, the kind of place you just don't want to leave when your meal is done! I wish my stomach was twice as big so I could have gotten one of their salads too which looked amazing! For desert, we got a pumpkin and a gingerbread cookie to go for breakfast on the road the next day and they were great! read more

Refreshing and yummy food after hike at the Arches! As an Asian, I m often skeptical of Asian fusion food. But I have to say, they did an amazing job. I got the noodle salad with steak. It's so good - not too filling after a 9-mile hike but packed with flavor and nutrition. My hubby wanted a GF banh mi but they are out of GF bun. Waitress was super smart and provided the nacho substitute which was also delicious. Oh, my food was a little delayed and even though it wasn't a big deal, she got us yummy gingerbread cookie on the house. Will come back if we ever travel back up Moab. read more

The Ban Mi salad was the best salad I've ever had. So well crafted and delicious. The wait staff was very nice and the atmosphere was lovely! Sat outside. Definitely try it out! read more

Not much to say but simply a 10/10! Cute interior, nice servers and the most delicious food!!! I had the vegan cheesesteak and it was incredible, my family also enjoyed their bahn mi salad and pho. Will definitely be back here on my next trip to Moab. Keep up the great work 98 Center!!! read more

Wow this place is so good, probably the best pho ive ever had. It tasted like they use fresh and healthy ingredients that make you feel so good after your meal! Also the cookies were absolutely amazing. Was a bit expensive but i think it was really worth it. read more

What a gem we found on our trip to Moab! The portions, the authenticity, the attention to detail, the farm to table mindset, the wait staff.... what a wonderful and extremely yummy restaurant! 98 Center will truly not disappoint! It's 5 star restaurant nestle beneath the beautiful scenery of Moab. Check them out while your in town and save room for their delicious homemade cookies at the end! read more

Everything we ate here was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Definitely get the pickled deviled eggs. The combo of the kimchi and the pork with the egg is so freaking good. They also offer a cup of pho, which is great if you just want to try the broth without all the noodles weighing you down. It was top notch. The pork banh mi is also amazing. Be on the lookout though, they sneak in 2 pieces of hot hot chilli peppers in there that will singe your tongue. Overall a really great meal in Moab! read more

One of the locals recommended this place while visiting Moab. Great Asian fusion restaurant. We have lots of great Asian restaurants in California. This place is right up there. Fresh ingredients, great flavors & awesome service. Highly recommend. read more

We found this newly opened restaurant in the Moab Menu Guide and decided to try it out. We're so glad we did. We had a great chat with Alex, the owner, who explained they have been open six weeks and are still developing the menu. The meals are made freshly sourced local ingredients and were very tasty. I had the vegan pho while my companion had the pulled pork salad. We also shared the braised fennel small plate. In addition we had very tasty ginger drinks. Hopefully, they can work their way through getting started so that they can have a great future. read more

Delicious vegan options. We loved the vegan pho and bahn mi. Many non vegan dishes are easy to veganize

The Pho was just okay, it wasn't amazing and they served it in a bowl that was way too small for any broth to come with it. We were pretty starving when we got here and we ordered an appetizer that took for ever to get to the table and then they messed up one of our orders that was a sandwich which should have taken them maybe a couple minutes to remake but she sat there and watched us pretty much finish our meal before her food came out. Over all it was pretty disappointing. read more

banh mi salad was bombbbb, we also got the noodles. super friendly staffs, take out friendly, good food w a view read more

Good quality, was really fresh great presentation. They use onnit mct oil and have keto coffee huge plus but opening at 11:30 didn't afford me the time to get it more than once. The salad was delicious but hard to eat because everything was so big. I would have returned had their hours been more conducive to what you have to plan for hiking before it's 1000 degrees. read more

Stopped in twice for lunch during our recent stay in Moab. We both ordered sandwiches and upgraded to side salads. I had the steak banh mi and my husband had the cheese steak sandwich. Everything was fresh and well balanced. 5 stars all around for this eatery. read more

We've been in Moab now for close to a month, and our only regret is that we didn't go to this place sooner! I think seeing "vegan" in the description meant it was solely vegan but they have plenty of meat dishes!! The nachos were spectacular, the cocktails were deliciously unique, the pho was pho-king amazing, and the service awesome. Anyone with a love for fusion needs to go here! read more

Wonderful services. We ate outside with made the experiences exceptional. The waitresses were very kind and gave us a u Kaye experience. I would definitely recommend for travelers. read more

Best food in Moab! Highly recommend. They're also being really safe during the pandemic which is highly appreciated.

I am truly surprised by this spot. The Veggie Pho was outstanding and in a traditionally huge portion... For just $10!! All the ingredients were super fresh and the mocktail I had was was perfectly refreshing for a hot summer day. Way to go 98 Center, perfect lunch break, and thanks for the amazing music selection!! Oh did I mention the word "perfect?" read more

Well I've eaten here several times lately. The food is just flat excellent. The server (Natalie) was informative and attentive. It's nice to have a more "natural and healthy" option for dining in Moab. Only slight complaint is that the mixed drinks are on the small side. I'll be back! read more

Legitimately outstanding food and drinks, and super friendly people- this place is a true standout. The noodle dish I just finished was one of the best things I've eaten in a long, long time with vibrantly fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The house-made refreshing drinks are really original and delicious as well (I tried a couple!). Generally, Yelp ratings end up being relative to the area where the restaurant is located...but not in this case. Forget Moab, this restaurant stands head-and-shoulders above anything else in town. This would be a 5-star joint in any of the best foodie neighborhoods of San Francisco or Seattle. read more

Enjoyed this place. The Pho was great. We had the chicken lemon grass. Our server, Laura, was great! I recommend this place for those wanting a good healthy meal. read more

I wasn't impressed with their cocktails but the food was delicious recommend the scallops appetizer. Their Portabelo bahnmi.

What a fantastic experience! The owner and his partner actually went to South Vietnam to scope the scene and really get the dig on pho !! Well it was so good, ambience like lighting and music was great. All the staff was super friendly and to top it all off they actually had mocktails on the menu with tonic herbs. I feel like we hit the jack pot! Yay!! read more

Haven for healthy veg-friendly food in modern, trendy place.

Best restaurant and drinks in Moab! Bahn mi nachos were awesome. All local/ Utah ingredients. Definitely going back here!

Very good vegan and meat options. Very relaxed atmosphere with nice staff and pleasant music. Very happy we ate here!

We stopped in a 98 center after a long drive with 2 small kiddos. I could not have asked for more from this place! I had one of the best meals I have had in a loooong time. The food was fresh, the atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was friendly and so, so accommodating. Thank you for the super delicious and wonderful dining experience! read more

Cool place in Moab. 5 stars because we are grain free and they had miracle noodles! Also lots of gluten free options. I had pork pho and my husband had beef. Very tasty and satisfying on a winter day. Also had a side salad but saw lots of yummy sandwich options. Cookies looked amazing. And the vibe was very fun read more

I hit this place in the hopes of getting a substantial vegan meal before the Ute 100 mile trail run. And they delivered just what I needed. Not only where there great options and friendly service, it was great to get real food. The race was brutal and I was most thankful for the energy that meal provided. At times during the race I felt like it might have been the last meal I would ever eat. And if that was the case this would be a pretty good option. We left town right after the race and headed south, but there was serious discussion about driving and adding two hours to our trip just to hit 98 up one more time. Next time I am in Moab you know where you can find me. I suggest you check it out. read more
