We called to place an order for pick-up. The guy who took our order was super down to Earth, patient, and knowledgeable. He repeated our order back to us, and mentioned he just had a big group come in and that it'd be closer to 20-25 minutes for pick up. We show up at about the 25 minute mark. Food still isn't ready but no biggie. Easily saw a big group of 8, and idk if he was alone or the other employees were hiding in the back, but he was the only face we saw. We ordered the 12 piece boneless chicken thighs with the soy garlic sauce, an order of loaded waffle fries with chicken, and a creme brulee milk tea with crystal boba. I'm not sure how, but they brought our food out and we took it to the car to eat. Nothing was hot. It wasn't even lukewarm. That's crazy to me as we waited an additional 10 minutes for our food. The flavor was there though. My husband claimed it was spicy, but I thought the soy garlic was mild. Super tender, flavorful, and was covered generously with sauce. The fries were the star of the show. My only suggestion is to drown those fries with more sauce! May be a personal preference but the sauce was really nice. My only gripe with the drink is that they don't offer regular tapioca pearls. I don't mind crystal boba, but I had a few unhappy campers with me lol. What I loved was that they asked if I wanted black tea or jasmine. Thank you! Overall, I'd come back, but I'd try dining in because I imagine hot chicken would be top tier here. read more

Well we tried eating in again for the first time in over a year, we have only done takeout because unfortunately their sauce is so good I can't stay away. But I think we will now. Once again we waited for 45 min for our food, ordered an appetizer, two #1 orders one with and large fries to share. They brought the chicken out first and 15 min later said the rest was on its way out. By this time we are done with our meal and no point for an appetizer... which is before the meal and fries which were to complete the meal. Will we continue to order takeout? No, they have been messing up our orders and skimping on chicken and sauce. Will we ever try to eat in again. Hell no. Seriously, it's been over a year... how do you still not know how to run a business... you own like 4 others. Hotpot has the same problems and quickly is hit or miss. Also to add I did mention this to the owner and all he said was sorry about that. No reasons why they can't seem to get food out in a timely matter or even in the correct order. I went about a 2 weeks after the grand opening with a party of three. I had high hopes lots of hype was involved with the opening. Well the hostess was a bit confused as to where to sit us even though they had plenty of tables open. It was COLD in the lobby like I should have brought a jacket cold. The portion sizes were large, but lacked equal temps throughout and the different sauces were hit and miss. Once they started getting busy then my party became an afterthought. I was in Korea for a year so I had certain expectations of what these would look and taste like and I don't feel they are similar... Chicken pieces were surprisingly large - which justifies the price. But it was just too big to enjoy as it's missing a good mix of crispy and saucey-ness. The sauce was poured onto the fried chicken which I would have preferred to be a side dip... I imagine if you order the larger portion with 2 dips it'd be dips? Ordered spicy garlic and the honey lemon sauces and the spicy garlic was a bit hard for me to handle (I no longer can eat that spicy so that was my fault for thinking it was American spicy level). I'm not sure what others are talking about down in the comments. I'm originally from Las Vegas, so seeing a Korean Fried Chicken place out here was super exciting and I was hyped to try it out. The place looks like any other KFC place back home. The menu wasn't obnoxiously large and straight forward. I was greeted immediately when I walked through the front door, and they even made some light conversation with me. They had K-Pop music videos playing on the TVs. It was clean and organized. I didn't smell anything bad like other comments are for some reason saying. Overall, they did a good job with how to set the atmosphere. I ended up getting the 8 Piece Leg and Thigh with their Tiger Cream Tea with boba. They were amazing quality and the flavor was what I was hoping for it to be. They nailed the soy garlic. The tiger cream boba wasn't overly sweet. And all of it for only $40, which is a lot less than I usually paid for the same thing back home. I highly recommend anyone to come here and try it out as they do a good job of doing what a good Korean Fried Chicken restaurant should be like. read more

Heard good things so finally decided to try it. Restaurant was clean but wanted carry out. No paper menus. Had to read on phone and I felt lack of description on menu. Had to repeatedly ask for help from hostess. Finally one of them walked through sauces with us and let us sample 2 of them. Decided on wings with 2 sauces the Honey Garlic which is sweet with no spice and the Kkanpunggi which was a little sweet and a little spicy. Also ordered the beer battered onion rings and sweet potato waffle fries. Overall a tad expensive and when we got home and took a look the wings are about 4 times the size of normal chicken wings and pretty fatty. Just the size threw me for a loop.
