Came for a late lunch and it wasn't busy, server came to my table and said "what do you want?" After that she brought my food and never checked on me again nor brought me a check. Terrible service, would not recommend. read more

One of best Biloxi has to offer. Authentic Vietnamese food , made with love and heart. The people there are very nice, kind and welcoming. Huge portion size, the food is extremely flavorful and fresh. The owners unfortunately do not speak English fluently so you will need to be a little empathetic of that. Most of the negative reviews are here because of this fact and not the food. read more

I only tried 1 item like 4 different times..Cashew chicken. 1st time really good. 2nd,not so..told to come back when regular cook there, I did. 3rd,still bad. Tried a 4th time,no. So, havent went back. Figured if a simple dish could be prepared correctly, I didnt want to try something I knew nothing about..so gooey&,slimey unable to eat .sorry, but that was my experience.. read more

I ordered the red curry lunch and it was quite a large portion! You get an egg roll and soup too! It was delicious, service was alright. One server didn't speak much English and forgot to give our table any utensils and mixed up our orders with another table. Otherwise it was really good! read more

Kim Long Restaurant - 6. Red Curry Lunch Special - Vietnamese Near Me - Biloxi, Mississippi

Food was trash and service was horrible! The waitresses were rude not once did they come and check how everything was going. The vibes were not welcoming at all. As matter of fact it seemed like the younger waitress was annoyed we were coming in. This was during cruising the coast week and they were completely dead. The food was mediocre wasn't authentic tasting at all. read more

Worst service anywhere in the area and among the worst I've experienced in the entire country. The Vietnamese food is a 3 out of 5. Service is a 1 at best. There is a long list of legitimate complaints. No refills on water because the server is too lazy to get her ass or phone or whatever? That's every server there. God forbid you ask for an extra to go container for you leftover pho. Always screwing up the order or acting like they don't understand what you are saying. Exactly how long has this restaurant been open in the United States under your ownership? In the last 3 months I have dined there 6 times with the same result each time. Terrible service and management. I'm having pho elsewhere today. read more

Food is good don't get me wrong. But the initial interaction with one of the workers was not! Seemed rude and not helpful at all. This is my 2nd time here and I had an overall good service experience the first time but this time idk what happened. I'll maybe think again about returning....customer service goes a long way for me if you want a repeat customer read more

Hello from the dude who came in, sat down and knew exactly what he wanted without the menu. As compared to the table of three that appeared to have no idea and took 20 minutes. My Pho Ga was delicious. The broth was rich and the chicken was proper torn chunks of white meat. Noodles were soft. The plate of fixings had all the usuals - basil, cilantro, bean sprouts and such. A squirt of sriracha, mix it all through and I had the kind of spicy chicken noodle soup my momma would make... if my momma was Vietnamese. Nice and clean restaurant, speedy service, unexpectedly good pho. I mean really, who expects pho in Coastal Mississippi? Five stars. I ordered food i ordered was very good and generous portions. I ordered a lunch special and some pho to go, the service was very good, I had a hard time understanding the people, but still very good staff and nice people, food was very good, the restaurant seems like a family place very quite with owners their so you know it will be good. Will definitely be back, next time I'm eating their because pho should be eaten at the restaurant not taking to a hotel, but still good read more

We came here since it was recommended as one of the best places to get Vietnamese food in the area. It was very busy when we arrived. Luckily, there was a table large enough for our party. There were two servers working and one looked inexperienced as though there just for an extra pair of hands. After they took our order, we waited for quite awhile. As I surveilled the room, I saw the majority of tables still waiting for their food to be brought out. I observed who were there before us and those who came after us. I saw those who were seated after us, had their orders taken, and then leave the restaurant. It seemed everyone in the restaurant was waiting for at least 30 minutes or more for their food. I felt really bad for the patrons and for those working at the restaurant. For a place that's popular (obviously by the amount of traffic the restaurant is receiving), I would think the restaurant had it in order at this point. The canh chua or catfish soup was tasty. It was sweet and sour and all the veggies that belongs in the soup. We also ordered ca kho to or claypot fish which was salty in my opinion but that's why we had heapings of rice to eat with it. read more

This place is phenomenal. I've been here every day for 3 days straight. I get something new every time, and each time it's better than the last.. it's pretty cheap compared to many places nearby, and you can get a large volume of food if that's what you're searching for. it's always clean, authentic, and although they don't speak the clearest English (which adds to authenticity), staff are constantly super nice! Don't forget to grab the white rice and pork chops. read more

Really good, authentic food. Tom Yum is the best I've had, and that's saying a lot. This is a serious establishment, I don't think anyone will talk about the friendly service, but with food this good who cares. read more

The food was good on my last visit per the usual. I had the pho bac biet. But the surface was lacking a little bit. It was a younger girl, and it seemed like she was more interested in what was going on on her phone. We were also the only people that were in the restaurant at the time. I had to flag her down to get a refill on my tea. read more

Arrived shortly after lunch special at 2:47 p.m.. the waiter greeted us and took our drink order. After getting our drinks, it took awhile to get the order taken even though it was not that busy. I told my husband Yelp rating is not great and we should go to the other place. We decided to stay which was a big mistake. We ordered 2 bowls of pho, chicken fried rice, penang, shrimp spring rolls. The vegetables came out quickly and the first bowl of pho. Then the second bowl came out 20 minutes later. Then the rest of the food. The pho broth was sweet. It didn't have the star of anise or cinnamon taste. It was the darker broth and greasy. If I was not starving I would have not finished the pho. Nothing could rescue it. Even a load of sriracha. Why would I not recommend: Service is friendly however painfully slow even though restaurant was pretty empty. Pho was mediocre. Vegetable portion and quality was bad. Lemonade was $3.75 and I am pretty sure it was powdered since we had to stir it. I ordered chicken fried rice, but got shrimp. Ordered shrimp spring rolls which never came. Bill totaled $56.12 for 2 lemonades, 1 coke, and 4 dishes. read more

Food is always good, service is at its best and usually a quiet and clean dinning area.

Food was average. Service was terrible. I'm not sure if they're trying to be mean as their concept but I was uncomfortable how the servers have poker face when serving their customers. I'm from California and I have seen an additional charge for credit card in MS. My bill was $29 for cash. It turned to $31 for charge. They charge 10% for the credit card payment. What in the world. Worst of all, there were so many flies dead or flying inside and they didn't bother to control flies. Never again. Don't go to the restaurants by Google reviews people. Check the yelp reviews for accuracy. read more

Great pho here. I had to wait a little longer then expected when I dined in. Maybe waited 30 minutes before someone actually noticed that I didn't order. When they took my order my food was served pretty fast. This place is located near the Beau Rivage Casino. It does get crowded so if your In a hurry I would just call and order to go. I had their shrimp fried rice as well and the amount of rice you get is a lot. Enough to feed three people if you ask me :) . The service was good and the place is clean. read more

Kim Long Restaurant - Pho - Vietnamese Near Me - Biloxi, Mississippi

A-Ok is exactly what this place is! located in Biloxi lays Long kim which serves up all different kinds of variety's of Vietnamese foods ranging from Pho, com dia (rice plates), and different assortments of noodle dishes. Came in around noon after Mass ended and Whoaaa super crowded seemed like every Vietnamese and there Mama was here! This was our first time here at this location but visited the Ocean Springs one in the past. Prices here are a little bit more expensive then typical Viet spots in the area I guess from the supply and demand out here in South MS not like heavenly Viet populated places like TX or CA. I went ahead and ordered the thit nuong and Pho dac biet. The thit nuong came with a nice size of BBQ pork with a side of rice with garnished with sautéed green onions, cucumbers and pickled carrots. It also came with a side of fish sauce and some soup broth to accompany your dish. The flavor of the pork was good and the fish sauce went well drizzled over the pork and rice. The soup broth was mediocre lukewarm but had a nice flavor with the garnishes of green onions and cilantro. The Pho dac biet overall was great and had many different cuts of meat and the flavor was nice and aromatic. The noodles were perfectly cooked al dente and the broth was piping hot. They even threw in a big fatty piece of tendon for me. It was nicely topped with thinly sliced white onions and garnished with green onions and cilantro. A small side dish of Thai basil, bean sprouts, and a lime wedge was also provided. If I could I would rate this place a 3.5 but then again its nothing to be all head over heels about. I really wanted the Specialty rice plate with the fried egg, egg loaf and chop but at a whopping $14 I think I will pass. overall nice little spot in the Biloxi area so make sure if your in the area give it a try. They also have lunch specials Mon-Fri where they serve up some combo deals. read more

My wife and I were craving some soup and fish so our friend told us to check out Kim Long. We ordered the Sweet & Sour Fish soup and Shimmering Fish claypot. Tons of good flavor in both, just the fish didn't seem fresh. A couple pieces of fish were tough but most were tender and good. Next time, I'll check out their Pho and other cuisines. read more

Let me get y'all in on a secret....RAIN + PHO = AMAZING. Well maybe it's not that big of a secret but it's my perfect formula! It rains a decent amount here as this place never fails to give me the same consistent delicious pho. I have been here more times than i can recall and they have never had a bad pho day. The service is fast and friendly! The interior of the restaurant has been a little updated since it reopened(it had closed down cause of a fire) ,which is nice because previously it was a kinda out dated. The restaurant has an authentic feel on the inside, which i appreciate. ************* #StoryTime On one occasion a homeless man wandered into the restaurant and asked a waitress if he had any scraps he would be willing to give. To my surprise the waitress told him to take a seat and brought him a plate full of food! The look on the homeless mans face was priceless and he was so fortunate. read more

I really enjoyed this place! Food was really good and definitely authentic! Local favorite! Hidden gem! I love the spring rolls and pho!

Absolutely minus zero stars. Walked in and sat down. Made eye contact with staff. Even tried to wave them over. Completely ignored. Couldn't even get a menu. Left after 20 minutes of trying to get their attention. The worst service I have ever experienced. I can't even call it service since they never even acknowledged me. As a 100% full blooded Vietnamese person, I am very picky about my Vietnamese food. Since moving to Gulfport and been living here for 5 years now, I've been in search for the most best Vietnamese food on the coast. I tried multiple places and guess where I'm writing a review at? Here. Me and my wife literally drive out our way for this place as there is other places much closer to us. To determine the best soup in Vietnamese cuisine I try the BBH (Bun Bo Hue) everywhere. And this has by far be the best on the coast. It's no where as near as good as the West coast but it is so far the best that I've found on the Gulf coast. read more
