He even went above and beyond by reaching out to find an answer on how to reset a 2013 Toyota Prius C in order get the car to start after the Auxiliary battery install; when he really didn't have to do it since he lived up to his contract by installing the battery. If your car won't start and it's approx 4-6 years old or so, then it is probably time to get a new battery since that's about how long they last. You can get a jump start and then go to one of the auto stores to buy a new battery and wait around while they install it and hope you get someone who knows what they are doing, or, for about the same price and a lot less hassle, you can get a pro to come to you. The first thing Alex (owner of 911 jump start) does is check your original battery's amps and volts to make sure that it needs replacement. Then he sets up a temporary battery which means that your car never loses power, which can be problematic for modern cars with their electronics. When he is finished he also makes sure the new battery is charging to ensure your alternator is working. After that, you're good to go, and the whole process takes about a half hour. Alex also inflated my tires which I appreciated, since they were a little low. Besides being knowledgeable he is also very friendly and has a great attitude. I am the only driver in my family and my wife & daughter depend upon me to get them where they need to go and it's frustrating when I can't be there for them. 911 jumpstart got me back on the road quickly, easily, and safely, and I very much appreciate the service. read more
