There was an initial problem with one of the tanks shortly after installation (15 years ago)they fixed it as quickly as possible no hassle! Product just happened to be defective and that sometimes happens. We still have the same equipment FROM 15 YEARS ago and it's still working fabulous because we make sure to get our yearly service that they very kindly send reminders out in the mail. I was not sold on the osmosis at first, but man- it's the best tasting water I've ever had. I used to think Starbucks quadruple filtered water was the best, but now it tastes like tap! This company is family owned and reliable. The husband (forgot his name! Chris?) comes out and answers everything! They answer questions and walk you through it all. Also, their prices are really great. It's true that companies will MATCH their price, but just go through this company. They deserve it.

The system was not plumbed correctly and the parts were cheap Chinese junk. Ripped it all out and put in a simpler quality purification system [$500] that doesn't waste 30 gallons to make one gallon or RO which is never told to a customer of typical RO systems. 6 month update: all is going smoothly with water softener!…read more Original review: We wanted to thank Trevor for his amazing help in installing an Eco Twin 2.0 in our home. Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!
