Great system that I can say BUT when we bought it their sales rep said the maintenance was only a couple hundred dollars. OK sounds good right? Our friends have the same system, was told the same thing on maintenance cost and so when it was time to have it serviced they did not think to ask the cost because they were already told 200.00 or less. $650.00 later and maintenance was done. WHAT BUT BUT BUT I was told bla bla bla. They were told no its never been 200.00 or less. They got scammed as did ourselves. Only difference is I had not called yet for a maintenance appointment. We recently had a large water treatment system installed by Pure for our house and we are very happy with the system. Luke our sales guy was great and answered all of the questions we had. The installation Tech Nick did a great job getting everything installed. We had one issue with a faulty part, it happens, but they got the new part in quick and had us up and running. I was really impressed with the attention to detail on the pipe work done in the garage. Pipes were mounted securely to the wall and laid out neatly. Our kitchen sink was loose which the techs tightened for us. Our new well had A LOT of sediment. Nick had to take our sinks apart multiple times to get it all cleared out. Overall just very happy with the work and how quick they were able to get out there to install it. read more

Let me start with this: I like Pure Water Systems. When my system was first installed (2016), they were great, and they remained that way for the first year or two. However, I have two major gripes: 1. They've called, texted, and emailed me about scheduling my service, it costs ~$200, and I've done it a few times. But I've also asked them multiple times kindly send me a list of the parts and instructions so I can do this myself. They take my information, tell me someone will get back to me and never do. It's been at least four times of doing this, so who knows what is happening. 2. When the system was installed, I would have appreciated someone telling me, "Hey, by the way, you aren't going to want that water in your evaporative cooler or on your plants." I now have a rusted, clapped-out swamp cooler that hurt many plants and trees. It would have been awesome if they'd plumbed it for that. That said, I know plenty of other people who are happy with their service. read more

I called their office to schedule an appointment to get their system water line fixed, which was leaking from all the demolition and building work that happened the past two weeks. The dispatch was able to schedule me for the next day and Ricky came out to do the repair on time. He also remounted their water lines on our newly rebuilt wall in the garage. After I had Pure come out to estimate a new system for my home, I got an automated email asking for my feedback, offering a $25 visa gift card for sending it to them directly. Since I'd already written my original review of my experience with the company here, I figured why not share the same with them directly and get some lunch out of the deal. I candidly shared the experience I had with Joe, linked to my Yelp review, and told them even if price was the same, I still couldn't have chosen them simply based on the salesmanship. A few days ago an envelope from Pure came in the mail. It had the $35 Visa card in it, but it also came with a handwritten note from Bryce, who I assume is a regional manager for the area. The note was personalized to my experience (pictured) and mentioned the specific feedback I shared about the overly confident salesperson. Most importantly though, the letter acknowledged that the experience I had was not up to their standards, and that the feedback I provided was going to be used to improve their process so future customers won't have the same happen to them. In the letter Bryce candidly addressed the fact that there's a fine line between confident and cocky, and that the sales organization should always remember that the customers have afforded the company the privilege of coming into their homes to quote. I'm changing my overall rating to four stars because of these acknowledgments. The original review reflects my actual experience with one salesperson, and it was shared in holes the feedback would prove helpful to the business. Knowing the feedback was received tells me that this company actually does care about their customer's experience, and I value that a whole heck of a lot. Coincidentally a few days before this note arrived I'd gotten a call from a community friend who had recently started working for them looking to earn my business. I haven't made any moves on the new system yet, and I'd happily chat with Chris Lombardo if he called again, especially if he could be more competitive on the pricing. read more

Had my system installed yesterday (9/16/24). The technician was polite and informative of the workings of the system. The whole system was discussed and all the important information was given to me while he installed and after he completed the install. He was also personable, as we talked weather, sports, and the local area. The workload was high for one technician, however he installed a complete system in a little over 5 hours. I contacted Pure Water to ask for a bid for a water system. Hunter was great and made an appointment for me. Luke came out and tested our water and found out we have a high level of chlorine. We decided to get a system for our whole house. Luke explained that once we had the system, we would notice how soft our water would become and we would get rid of the chlorine in our drinking water.
