I would not have been as bothered by this if the shipping was expedited, but the manufacturer was clearly waiting to fill a truck before shipping the material anyway. GTS seems a small player and apparently does not have the clout with manufacturers to counter this behavior. in general from a customer service perspective, during all of this they underwhelmed with a lack of call backs and follow up, All this said, if they are the only local supplier of a particular manufacturer's product, and that's the one you like, you have to deal with it.
