Went to pick up the floor a day later and while I was waiting I found 10-20 other floors that were in my price range. I felt obligated to take what I had ordered and paid for. Not only was the salesman lazy, the place stunk of cigar smoke. Made me sick. I also bought a single floor reducer. 72" molding like item. Went back yesterday to pick up another one and was told the price was $40. I was shocked. Basically a flimsy strip of molding. Told him I was shocked and he said, that's the price. Check HD/LOWES and they sell the same item for 22 which I still find to be absurd. And after all that, I had the floor installed and it looks and feels like crap.

Bill, his office manager and right hand went above and beyond the call of duty. My job consisted of fencing in the entire half acre corner property and the job was not an easy task because of the sloping of the property. I was adamant that I did not want a roller coaster fence. Bill came with one of his crew members to assess every aspect of the property and discuss a plan to address any potential difficulties; he was hands on with every part of the job. The crew of Oscar, Carlos, and Gabriel was phenomenal; they worked ceaselessly and tirelessly. They are deserving of the most superlative accolades. Their work ethic is admirable and inspiring. They built the fence on site and cut each post, if necessary, to ensure the grade level of the property. The final product is a work of art. I am a perfectionist and Walt Whitman Fence Company met my expectations.
