The only reason I am is because I'm hoping someone from the Grandmas team reads this and actually cares enough to make some changes. If you don't know, you can't grow. Today our experience looked like this: * Watching several people get served after us even though we ordered first. Waiting for almost 30 minutes. * Our order getting mixed up and handed to the wrong person * Confusion about what muffins were available... okay fine, I'll take a blueberry muffin. Then halfway through eating it, I found a hair baked into it * Ordering potatoes without onions because of an allergy, having it made wrong twice, and needing it redone * Noticing the restaurant itself looked like it could use a deep cleaning, including ceiling fans with layers of dust And maybe this was just an off day, but the staff vibe felt... off too. Disconnected. Kind of cliquey. Like everyone seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than serving guests. The shop itself was very clean and spacious with comfy seating. The line was quite long - but it moved along quickly. I ordered a double latte and he a cappuccino - looking at the pastry case everything was absolutely photo worthy. We chose the 'coconut roll' to share and took our order to go. We savored every heavenly bite. We will definitely return.
