I called eight people and only five showed up. I really liked how Clayton helped me decide how to configure our kitchen. I wasn't really sure how. We also decided to have our bathroom remodeled. This whole crew was so amazing. We were still living in our house during the renovation and every time they left it was as if they had never been there meaning it was so clean. They had to demo the whole kitchen and when they left, there was no evidence of debris. Our kitchen turned out amazing, and the bathroom was exquisite. The pride and workmanship, and the care that was taken with our house is unmatched by anybody I've ever used before. They truly did not disappoint. Also, I like the fact that it was a local family business. I like to support local anyway I can.

From the first site visit to the final walkthrough, everything was seamless. William managed this project very well and guided us through this process with ease. At any point if we had questions he was quick to respond. The showroom they have is great and the experience of setting your preferences on design and materials is quite enjoyable. The only hiccup we encountered is that the supplier of the original tile that had been selected did not come in the size we needed and so it wouldn't have meshed well with the current tile in the living room. William helped us find a suitable alternative and we were able to pivot and are very pleased with the outcome. There were a couple of adjustments during the project but again related to the tile, we changed the direction of the placement which allows for us to replace the remaining tile in the house in the future if we decided to do so. William and team thinking ahead with our needs in mind really provided a sense of care. To top it all off, we wanted this build done ASAP and the team was able to complete the remodel in 8 days compared to their estimate of 10 - 14. We are extremely pleased with the work and so glad we went with a business right here in Kaneohe. Thank you William, Wen, and team! From our first contact, Kai was responsive, communicative, and transparent. He kept us informed throughout the renovation, from the initial estimate and planning process to selecting materials and appliances and completing the finishing touches. He was easy to reach, answered our questions promptly, and kept us updated on the project's progress. Even after we moved back in, he remained available to address a few minor adjustments that naturally come up after a major renovation, which we appreciated. The project was estimated to take about four months, and despite a few minor delays that were outside of anyone's control, it was completed within the expected timeframe. We did go slightly over the original quote, but that was due to the additional upgrades and changes we chose to make during the renovation. Ming, who manages the day-to-day work on-site, was excellent. He was organized, detail-oriented, and made sure the work was completed to a high standard. It was clear that he cared about the quality of the finished product and kept the project moving efficiently. Although there was occasionally a language barrier with the crew, it never created any issues. Everyone was professional, respectful, and courteous. They kept the work area as clean and organized as possible throughout the project, treated our home with care, and were mindful of following the association's rules and guidelines. A full home renovation can be stressful, but Kai, Ming, and the YG Construction team made the process much more manageable. While no renovation is completely without challenges, they were responsive whenever questions or issues came up and worked with us to find solutions. Overall, we are very pleased with our renovated home and would confidently recommend YG Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy contractor. I give Vega Enterprises full marks for a job well done. I was impressed on the first day when the work force arrived exactly as scheduled with Paul Vega arriving 15 minutes earlier. Throughout the entire two month project that was the pattern.
