I usually like one of the ladies who's an older employee. She's always nice, no drama, etc. However, there is one employee who is ALWAYS unfriendly to me and I don't know why. The first time I had her she acted annoyed cos I wanted a gel manicure as opposed to a regular but she never asked. After that I wanted to avoid her. I went back again and wanted a pedi. She never spoke, looked at me sideways, etc. completely unfriendly and i still tipped her. So the week of Easter I went to get a manicure. I walked in and as she was coming toward the desk, she stopped and looked me up and down, said something to the girl in the first chair and started laughing. I turned around and walked straight out the door. I will not give my money any longer to these establishments that don't appreciate my money or business. These people talk in their own language, laugh and talk about their customers. If you don't believe me, turn on the dictation/translation on your phone and you will see. I will not return. Poor customer service. I'll give my money to my own people. read more

I had such a great experience here. I've tried so many nail salons in the area and each time it's a big disappointment. I came in 10 minutes early for my appointment. They actually took me 5 minutes early! I was booked with a sweet gal named Stephanie. She was so organized, meticulous and really listened to what I wanted! The spa was super clean and organized and lots of colors to choose from! As someone that's been in the Industry for over 20 years and former luxury spa owner, I'm so picky about sanitation and all the little details. You can tell they really care! Do not come here if you expect to be pampered. Made appointments for my sister and I to get our nails done on my birthday and figured we would give this place a try since it was close to home and had good reviews. I got a pedicure and she got a full set of acrylics. Probably the worst pedicure I've had. The kid who did my nails looked like he was still a teenager. My feet were freezing the entire time from the cold water, file and polish job were very mediocre, calluses still on my feet, there was no massage, just rubbed in the lotion at the very end and he couldn't even finish that without rubbing the rest off with a hot towel. I requested the second tier on their pedicure list and felt like I got even less than the most basic pedicure. My sister was done with her full set of acrylics about 30 minutes before my pedicure was finished. The person who worked the front desk had to take over polishing my toes which made me wonder if the kid who started my pedicure was even qualified or licensed to do so. The same person who worked the front took over doing my sister's acrylics at one point so her lady could start on someone else. He left in the middle of finishing her service to check someone out and sat there for about 10 minutes before he realized he forgot that he was finishing my sister's service. This happened twice. Not to mention this person was going in between handling everything at the front, my sister's nails, and my feet without washing his hands or wearing gloves. I was pretty mortified and it was hard to spend $98 on our services when it came time to check out, but I did. We felt like we were very low priority that day which was even more disappointing that it was on my birthday. There was maybe 3 other people in there with us that day so there is no excuse. Technicians/people at the front desk should not be switching back and forth during people's services. I wish they would have just said they didn't have time to take us when I had made the appointments the day before instead of giving us the treatment they did. I considered giving two stars because my sister was overall happy with the way her nails turned out but with the experience we had I just can't bring myself to do so. Safe to say we will not be back. It's hard to find anywhere decent these days. read more

Tracy get 2 stars, no doubt she does a great job on nails, but after my 4th visit and closed to $400, there was a slight problem with my new set, 3 nail tips were not place on my nail right, which cause a gap. So, I called Tracy, she said my nails just had to grow out, I explained that there was a gap and dirt from gardening got in them and it was a problem, maybe you don't understand what I'm trying to say and she replied "I know my nails", I never implied she didn't know her nails, it was hard to explain exactly where the gap was. She reluctantly, she said for me to come in, I explain due to transportation issues, it would be Friday or Saturday, well didn't make until Monday in a borrowed vehicle. The first thing when she saw me, she said "What took you so long" not even a hello or good morning, then she began to talk in Vietnamese and others laugh and smiled, then she said "sit here". This was in front of all the customers, I felt very embarrassed and disrespected. She fixed one (1) nail and had to leave before I said something. read more
