Ordered a jumbo extra meat butter chicken donair. It tasted great. Good amount of garlic and onion, and nice spiciness. I'll order again.

My first time having a donair, but I enjoyed it. Had the large/jumbo Lebanese and would recommend. Found it very filling. Would go back.

Staff is always friendly, and they do this thing where once the donair is stuffed, they grill it.

Then you bring it to the cashier and pick your broth and add-ons like cheese or rice. The price is based on weight. Then you grab a number stand and bring it to a table and wait while the kitchen cooks your food and broth. Optionally, you can type your phone number on the tablet at the counter to collect loyalty points and redeem it for stuff. On this visit, I came with a friend for lunch on a weekday afternoon. There was no wait so I was able to get inside and get started picking up my toppings right away. Every time I visit Big way, there is a staff member who will come to the front entrance way and hand you tongs and a bowl. Interestingly, there was no one that greeted me so I just got the bowl and tongs myself. But there was a small hiccup at the cashier. When I tried to pay for the meal with a gift card their scanner had trouble picking it up. Props to the cashier for trying different ways to try to fix the problem instead of giving up and make me pay some other way. They were able to fix the problem eventually after many tries. I asked the cashier about the different broth options and the cashier lady was happy to explain the differences. I went lightweight for an inexpensive meal so I got the beef strips, glass noodles, a couple of random seafood balls, some bak choy, and lettuce. I got their ma la tang with peanut sauce and it was pretty tasty. You can pick your own spice level. I got it medium spicy which gave it a nice kick but it may be pretty spicy for some people. It was happy hour so I got green tea (or lemonade drink) free with the meal. Pretty refreshing. I couldn't finish the broth because I filled up with the green tea, and it was spicy with no toppings left since I decided to go light on the toppings. The staff were great at taking away our bowls and utensils as soon as they saw our bowls were finished and immediately offered ice cream. It was a nice refreshing dessert to finish up the meal. I got a free mini sized milk tea flavored ice cream. It came in a black waffle cone. As for the vibes of the dining area, they played Kpop music but it wasn't that noticeable since there were a lot of loud people, mostly teenagers. I can definitely say that this location is the most spacious (and nicer) one I've been to yet. There were lots of tables that were spread out so you don't have to awkwardly angle your body sideways to get out of the table. (On the flip side, the seating at their Robson location is really cramped) There's a spacious patio outside overlooking New Westminster that I would have opted to try but it was raining that day. The washrooms were clean. Most locations have private washrooms but the ones at this location are public. Overall, despite the little hiccup at the cashier, gotta give 5 yelp stars based on this visit. This is a great location!

Some of our go-to favourites: green curry, pad see ew, gai lan with pork belly, and the Thai fried rice with grilled pork. The flavours are super consistent every single visit, which honestly is half the battle with takeout spots. Their rotating specials are also worth watching for m, and are always fun when there's something new in the mix. (my pictures don't do justice) It's definitely a bit pricier than your average quick Thai spot... however, the ingredients taste fresh and the portions are satisfying. Love the little thoughtful touches too: self-serve water station, compostable containers and cutlery, and an easy casual setup that works perfectly for a Quay lunch or dinner. I'm giving it a 4-star because the place closes at 6pm Mon-Thu and at 7pm on all other days. I always feel like I need to rush or have early dinner if I wanted to grab food from here. All in all, this is a solid Thai food option in New West. Basically, if Thai street food and elevated comfort food had a waterfront glow-up, this would be it!

I wasn't planning on loving the cookie so much as this was an unplanned sweet treat after a huge savoury lunch and hours of shopping. I don't even know where to start on with this cookie. Not only was it perfectly gooey and fugdey in the middle with a PERFECT ratio of coconut shreds and white chocolate but a nice strong Ube flavour that left me wanting more straight after. This cookie was a perfect cookie and I am so pleased to have been able to taste it. I will definitely be heading over to Cake it Easy's physical location and trying their assortment of other Pinoy and Ube desserts. The service was also amazing as the gentleman running the stand was very knowledgeable on the desserts they offer, made a recommendation and was extremely friendly and talkative. Love this little business and they're destined to go far with these incredible desserts. I recommend this to anyone in the area looking for a new sweet treat hyperfixation or to discover their new passion for Ube desserts. Truly an unforgettable business and cookie.

However, they said it should likely be ready now. The first few bites were enjoyable although the ube flavor wasn't too distinct. The flan was tasty, smooth, and custardy. Unfortunately, as I got closer to the center of the dessert, I noticed that the flan was frozen. This must have been the reason why the sales associate told me to let the flan come up to room temperature firsr. Although they never explicitly told me it was frozen. I was really disappointed with finding it partially frozen. The dessert was on the pricier side, and so I'd expect that the ingredients used to be relatively freshly made. I will say that I bought this product at an event, so it's possible they sold out of their initial inventory and the frozen desserts were made as an emergency back up option. 3.5 stars
